“Very busy location but the staff is excellent. My only complaint is it can be difficult to schedule the car services due to their volume. Not their fault at all, but if you're getting tires prepare to wait a week to get them on. The auto service was informative and speedy during the appointment though. Works were super friendly!”
“Love this place. An employee at Michael's told me about it actually. Literally any color vinyl or htv you could dream of & if they don't have it, they'll custom print it for you. They also do custom print to cut stuff too. Can buy by the sheet or roll. Also they have a large inventory of blank t-shirts (soft ones!) In a broad rainbow of colors in sizes ranging s-4x (maybe even higher?) As well as a ton of other blank items....cups, hats, bags, keychains etc. Join the Facebook group & you'll receive a discount on any order over $10 I believe. Plus they add a candy bag with every purchase....it's the little things. And the prices are unbeatable! Staff is friendly & helpful.”

“Dirt cheap high qualtity gas at the expense of your braincells. Beware, this place is patronized by impatient idiots who have absolutely ZERO concept of coming into the pump from the same direction. It makes trying to find a pump confusing. Scratch that, not only confusing, but potentially unsafe, and able to open the door for many childish fights. Tell the attandants to get this under control!To the customers:There's a pump on the left if your car has gas intake on the driver side. There's a pump on the right if your car (like mine) has gas intake on the passenger side! Dont be a moron!! And dont you dare approach the single row from the other side. That is impatient and totally rude to all of the patrons. You can do better.Too long, didn't read?First sentence says it all.”
“Busiest Costco in NE Ohio so if you are trying to find an in store item you sometimes have to go to one of the other three stores. Costco tires are the best and free balance and rotation and the warranty are excellent. Also the. ONLY place to purchase a battery. So much cheaper than Advanced, Auto Zone, NAPA or o’Rielly’s. .”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

It has become much more enjoyable since meeting a young man whose name is Jonathan V., he is truly amazing at all times in helping me and I notice how he helps others as well, just total respect, and his smile is so stunning. Jonathan V., is genuinely friendly, attentive to the needs of all customers, and he treats me and others as a "valued" Bj's members should be treated, handles anyone's situation with ease, care, and confidence, displaying a certain calm and peace at all times. Today, I went to get a Cake I ordered for my Moms Birthday and they really tried not to let Me in because it was before 10am. Apparently You have to have a higher membership to shop before 10am, I NEVER knew this. So, the Older Woman at the door was Horribly rude, when I asked for a Supervisor, She said She wouldn't call one. I went past Her, got to a Lady in Customer Service”

“My first time at Sam's Club Optical for an eye exam and glasses was great!! Greeted right away, given eye testing even before seeing the optometrist!! My time in the Dr's office where the major eye exam was done, was relaxed, testing was thorough and all questions answered. After, the staff help me pick out my new glasses and they were ready in a week. Love my new glasses and happy to see clearly again!! Many thanks to the Dr. and staff at Sam's Optical Department!!”

“Bought a couch with chaise from the W140th store. Ashley was awesome in assisting us, even price matched a slightly lower price. Setting up an appointment to pick it up was a breeze. We purchased the couch on Thursday. It was in stock and we picked it up Saturday. Pick up was quick and easy. We purchased the fabric protection but hoping we will never need to file a claim. Super happy with our experience.”
“I went to Vally View store to pick up a view items. And I walked into the Seafood department Just to look around and I was amazed!!! The department looked great!!! It was clean and full of fish. I mean the most fish i,ve ever seen there. The young Lady which i cant remeber her name. I've never seen her before. She greeted me with the biggest smile and was so inviting and friendly. She is a keeper!!”
