Yes I am the manger for quick change oil on ridge rd across from ridge park square. I've sent this business so many vehicles over the past 4 years and now they are down grading us to up their business when I've sent them so much money and for them to talk bad about me is very bad management and business in general! The last 3 cars I've sent there left with spending a lot of money and they didn't even fix the issues and it is very bad!!!! I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER AGAIN recommend this place ever again! I WILL NEVER SEND THEM ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Excellent service. went in thinking i needed 4 wheel bearings but only needed One.
They had it done in under 2 hours
its a very busy shop filled with lots of cars to fix.
my car runs great.
it was the best service ever.
Homest business honest people.

Got a quick tire repair in for 23$. They used a military grade tire repair option so the price is justified. They are also pretty chill to talk to as they work.

As a former car mechanic, I can assure you, you will not find a more competent, honest, caring mechanic in the Midwest region. I used to live in Cleveland and a friend recommended Wally when I had car trouble. That was 9 years ago. I've since moved to Chicago, but will wait till I travel through Ohio to have Wally look at my car. He is one in a million folks. Trust no one else with your vehicle, and only send your friends and family to Wally's. The peace of mind is priceless.

Check engine light came on, so I used Wally's for the first time. They were fast, honest, and easy to talk to. A lot of places will try to upsell you or create "problems" to make more money, but I got none of that here. Really great local service that I will be using again.
