They have no sense of greeting whatsoever. They don’t know what customer service is. They’re speechless employees that they don’t know how to approach people so that’s why they working over here didn’t say hi they don’t say goodbye. Didn’t say have a good day. So pretty much nothing so yeah when I just saw the reviews 3.6 ⭐️ this is what they serves another bad review. And I just walked in to provide any other kind of service. I cannot expect what kind of service receive the real customers.

I went in for notery services . I had signed the paper before I went so he told me he couldn’t do it. I had another paper at home got it and went back. He served me right away and notarized the paper with no problem. I will use their services again and I will tell my friends about it.

This store is one of the most reliable UPS stores. After your drop off your package will be moving in few hours. People do their jobs at this location they don’t let your packages sit there

The staff were so helpful in quickly printing documents I needed from my phone and making copies after notarized them for my attorney. I was very grateful!

I visited this store to ship a package and experienced very poor customer service from Austin. I asked how I was supposed to send my shipping label and his response was very rude and it seemed as if I was bothering him. He leaned against the counter turned his head and stopped responding to my questions. Thankfully Zach was there to help, he was very informative and got the label printed fast and I was on my way.

I went in at 6:30 to ship something, they close at 7. She had already shut down all the machines!!! Don’t advertise closing time as 7 if that’s not accurate!
