The manager of the store told an employee to not use USPS. If you run into the same problem just tell them they can’t refuse to send USPS. They wanted me to pay $18 to ship a 2 lb object, when I knew USPS was cheaper. It was $5 less than ups. That is a shady move by the manager. The only bright spot was the girl that’s served me, she was a sweetheart and really did a good job. If I could separate my review she would get five stars. Who ever owns the store need to be replaced, so does the manager for saying the don’t send USPS. That’s just bad business and management. Watch their scales too the one that’s on the right side of the counter is off by .50. Tell them you want it calibrated before you send anything

I love how fast this location is. The team is always very helpful. Alyssa has helped me with my sample shipments twice now and she's a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use this store.

They refused to take regular packages that are prepaid by UPS/Amazon because they’re “a franchise store and don’t have to accommodate people.”

I was there today for pick up some copies that I order online. The employee Alyssa was complaining all the that she hate that place, they don’t have my copies ready and the order was from July 18. She call her boss David and some one else to help her because she was lost and mad. I will never recommend this store. Horrible service.

The store is useful and convenient but not very friendly. The clerk that was assisting me was grumpy and instructed their co workers to not help an elderly man that was obviously disabled get 3 boxes out of his car. I can understand if it's store policy to not assist customers on the sidewalk, however a more compassionate tone was necessary. I helped him myself and got an unenthusiastic thanks.....

I walked in and we had two people ahead of us. The staff was moving quickly to service the customers. I was greeted by David Gyenge ( I had to call back to the store after I left to get his name) and I couldn't have been greeted by a more pleasant person. My son that was with me even commented how friendly he is. We in and out in short order with a smile on our faces. It's not often enough that workers are able to spread cheer but your staff did just that. Great job!!
