Larry the owner does not care about his customers. gave him my info day after he requested it. emailed 10 times to verify he received it. no response! 6 days before the deadline he tells me he is not doing it. how long have I been using him with my parents. 15 years. ask yourself would he do that to you? absolutely!! happy to share the 2 emails he sent me today after weeks of trying. the need to learn how do run a business. don't use them if you want to make sure you get them done in time. also no consistency in pricing, I've paid over $300 at times for mine when I've seen others for similar returns pay less.
