“Was there about 2 weeks ago my credit cards fell out my wallet got caught under the conveyer belt. The worker Melissa went above and beyond and did get my card for me while also making sure everyone employee and customers were taken care of while doing it. Just don't see workers like that anymore”
“UPDATE: After posting the below review, I was contacted the next day to have my order fixed and delivered. It was delivered on Wednesday. I appreciate that Sam's Club reached out to correct this issue, though I am still frustrated that it is so difficult to reach them by phone. I was also told I would receive a gift card in my order for the inconvenience, but I did not receive one. Overall, I am thankful they fixed the problem, and hopefully my experience is better in the future.
I placed an online delivery order for Saturday that didn’t show up. After waiting until well past the delivery window, I called and was told they were too busy so they would call me back later. They didn’t, so I called again and was told that the third party delivery driver didn’t show up. They rescheduled the order for Monday. After waiting well past the delivery window again, I tried calling over a dozen times (the phone rings about 25 times then hangs up) for over an hour. We still have not gotten our order and are extremely frustrated that not only is this location not providing a service that it advertises, it does not notify the customer when there is a problem with the delivery. Apparently they expect me to spend my whole day calling instead of simply informing me of what is going on.”
