This place is pure trash. The locker rooms are always dirty. The pool is also always dirty and half the showers are broken in the men"s locker-room each time i go. What am i paying for with my membership and annual fee??? Then you pay $200 for a trainer that cannot even reach out to you. The head trainer was eating chicken nuggets at the desk and that is the last thing I want to see when i come to work out. Then I cancelled my membership and they attempted to charge another account that they created. I had no way to cancel the second membership so they attempted to charge $400 to that account. Sub-par service all the way around. Please go somewhere else to workout. I would give 0 or negative stars if i could.

Just started working out here. Overall a great experience. I visit the Crocker Park location and the only thing on my wishlist is a hottub, but for the price it's hard to complain.The only issue I have is many of the machines seem to be in need of repair (but there are still plenty to use) and I wish the sauna had a better solution to sit on. Other locations have a padding to sit on to not burn yourself, but here it's just basic wood that burns if you don't have a pad/towel to sit on.Again, both are small complaints, but enough to take it from a 5 star down to 4. Still an AMAZING value to anyone who wants a bit more than Planet Fitness can offer.

Won’t let you cancel unless in person but you sure can sign up on their website! Also Monday-Wednesday is a nightmare. Broccoli heads take up the benches for 30 mins to an hour not working out and socializing. Only 3 benches and the place will have a full lot of cars and it has over 100 parking spots on Monday-Wednesday.

Came into town visiting for work. Always trying to find a gym to go and workout at. I’m very happy I went to Esporta. The gym is very clean and has everything I could want. Basketball, pool, sauna, racketball. This gyms better than my hometown gym. Julie is especially awesome, everyday I came in she greeted me with her kindness. Esporta is the place to be here in Ohio.

Best gym in Ohio. Workers are super cool and friendly helpful with anything you need. Shoutout to to Ryan and Ashton helped me out with every question I had. I’ve been to multiple esportas and this one by far has the best workers I’ve ever meet
