“While the bank is generally good and helpful. There are people like Talía Henderson located in the Tiedeman branch in Brooklyn OH, that is very combative and unwilling to help. She was unwilling to understand my questions. She did not show professionalism nor empathy towards my confusion and instead resorted to sarcasm to release her tension. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary.”
