I love Menards in general and wish there was one closer. On this visit, Jasmine helped with getting a gas dryer at a moments notice, answered questions about the product, helped us find all the accessories and had the dryer waiting at the counter for us!!

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”
“So, I used to dread shopping at the Steelyard Commons Home Depot, because you could never find help or associates would see you coming, like you had a question, and make a beeline the other way. But I must say, the last couple times I've been there, I've been lucky enough to encounter Greg. Greg is so helpful, and you can tell that he really doesn't mind, and in fact wants to help you. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll stick with you until he gets one. Home Depot needs more associates, with great attitudes like Greg!”

“Jim Zupan In appliances was above reproach. I came in with my Mom as she was looking to replace all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and Jim was beyond helpful. My mom really didn’t know what she needed and Jim was right there being incredibly helpful. He didn’t upsell or try to push anything on us. He was straightforward and very very knowledgeable and even told us about features we simply didn’t need. We decided to get all the appliances and actually waited a couple days till Jim was back as we only wanted to work with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!!! (As a bonus, he would laugh at my stupid dad jokes lol)”
“I can only say that I have shopped at many many many stores for one thing or another, my experience at the Strongsville Lowe’s with the young lady Danny was one for the ages. She was the most kind understanding and professional person I’ve ever met at any of those type of stores, kudos to you Lowe’s for hanging onto someone that professional and capable of making me smile specially right when they opened up, she’s in the paint department.
