I worked at this place for 27 years and in July of 2023 they went out of business and this is why I give it a one-star rating because I hate it. It is so different now that it is empty. Very sad

Maybe if Yellow Freight would stop running this company into the grown this company would actually be a decent trucking company again and customers wouldn't go elsewhere because their freight is always late. O yeah lets not forget about the company not fixing they trucks anymore as well ?

The worst delivery experience and service I’ve ever experienced. If you need something delivered, us another provider! Do not use Holland Freight in Cleveland Ohio on Memphis! I was supposed to receive a snow blower yesterday, before the snow started for the upcoming winter storm. My delivery was confirmed the day before. Then, no one calls or came to the house with my delivery.I called and they said they cannot deliver (with 6-10 inches in the forecast, I REALLY need my snowblower, so I’m not stuck without one). I was told I would receive a call today. After not yet receiving a call, I called them to make arrangements. Mind you, there has not yet been much snow accumulation yet, but they’re refusing to deliver anything today.I first spoke to Craig the following day, and he said they’re not intending on making any deliveries today. At this point, there was only a couple inches of snowfall so far. I then spoke with the manager, Bob, who proceeded to tell me firstly that they misplaced the delivery order yesterday and also they can’t even find my snowblower at all. Even if they do find it, they will “do their best” to get delivered to me as soon as possible, with no commitment of a timeframe or to making things right in any way.I know a brush-off, when I hear one. They have no intentions in delivering my property to me today. I spoke to Craig again and he then proposed that if/when they find the snowblower, that maybe I could come do their job for them and pick up a 250 pound snowblower in my car and drive it back home. Perhaps I could strap it on top of my car???I spoke to a third gentleman by the name of Mike who told me they are still looking for my snowblower. So far the still cannot find it. He affirmed that if/when they find it that they will not be delivering it to me today and they’ll have to schedule for some other time (whenever that may be). When I asked for more explanation and explained my dissatisfaction, I began speaking to me in an unprofessional, loud and confrontational manner, cutting me off.They run a delivery service, made an appointment, missed the appointment, lost the delivery order, lost my snowblower, made no commitment to fixing the situation and then suggested I come pick it up in a snow storm if they can find it.

The one girl who answered just has the worst attitude ever. Very unprofessional. I’d do negative star if I could for her.Bob in dispatch gained the stars for this terminal because he worked with me on this and took time to help me out and hear me out with this.Keep Bob, lose what ever her name was.

Worst company ever, not professional, delayed me for 2 times. I always receive my shipments on time with other freight carriers, my advice to stay away from and do not ship anything with those clowns.

This terminal called me to schedule a residential delivery. Knowing how difficult it would be for a driver to get a tractor back on my street with a delivery van I set up a dock pick up. These employees were very courteous and keep a clean building by dock standards. Freight was in good shape with no damage.

scheduled delivery on friday on parts needed and promised on friday. did not receive them friday. it is monday and still have not received them. no one will answer a call. disappointed that holland did not deliver as promised. it cost our company money.
