CSR Tommy was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Thanks to his help, I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for. He even helped with a bonus find! It's an exclusive, limited edition item (The Joker Frostbite Edition) that I was not expecting, so I say promote this gentleman!

One of the female workers (not sure what her name is/problem) is very hostile towards other women, very “pick me/im not like other girls” attitude. She also gets snippy with you when you’re not interested in a credit card, sarcastic and rude

As it pertains to my visit to the location at 3435 Steelyard Dr., Cleveland, OH it was absolutely!!! The sales rep show the upmost professionalism, and I was extremely satisfied when I left the store!!!

Best game store ever. Digital has taken the same thing we lost with blockbuster. Night launches of big games was spectacular. Still around and supplying old and new and retro games

I came into this location Sunday and was helped out by an employee at that time I didn't know she was the Manager. I bought a few items and saw they had bogo on their Clearance items. I haven't bought any clearance items from GameStop before. The next day I changed my mind on them and wanted to return them. When I brought them in I was told they don't return clearance items. The lady that took care of me the day earlier didn't inform me about the policy and I found out she was the Manager and only cared about the sale not the customer. She told me it's common that stores don't accept Clearance returns I should've known that. She also said theirs nothing I can do no matter how much I would like to help you because the system won't let her return it, what is the point in having a Manager if they can't do their job. I've been a Pro Member for over 4 years and now I won't be renewing my membership or shopping at GameStop again. I will be buying my products from Walmart & Target.

The store manager, Erin, is insanely helpful and kind! She gives every customer a no-hassle experience while shopping in her store (which is lacking in other stores in the area).

The girl working Thursday afternoon was awesome. I was looking for something that wasn't in stock at this specific store, and she went out of her way to make me a list of all nearby stores that had the item in stock. She was a great help and gave me the first pleasant experience I had at a Gamestop in a while.

The guys here were amazing. My son and I went from Game stop to Game stop trying to find a particular zombie game he wanted. Garrett helped us and he was amazing and very friendly!

Called to cancel the order. They said they couldn't do that. Then said I had to call the customer service number in my email. I said I'm looking at the email and there is no number. They said they don't have the number because they don't have anything to do with them.... You don't have anything to do with your own company's customer service? After I found the number online and called, it turns out that the store ABSOLUTELY has the power and ability to cancel the order regardless of what stage the order is in. Worthless waste of time, and will lie when they don't want to work; employees are trash. Go to any other gamestop that you can.

The reasoning behind my rating is because of a “district manager” representing the store poorly. It’s pretty ironic how 1-800 GS Customer Service was able to better assist me with my issue. The store is great and employees are also great. But calling in a district manager who isn’t assigned to a store and bounces around isn’t the way to go. Having a power-trip and talking negatively about customers to other stores when they walk out the door is also very unprofessional and bad integrity. Please do not let people like this represent your store. The other employees have my respect and have good customer service.
