Just stayed there over the weekend and I loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and for breakfast in the morning there was a pretty big spread of food. Will definitely be using this hotel when I'm in town.

The black African-American works in nighttime. He’s a bad attitude and very disrespectful person. He tried to take our money he canceled our reservation and told us I can’t get your room and we got into with him then finally after we were so mad, he gave it to us because we told him we gonna call the cops and pay for our rooms, not to go to the hotel until they change that person

Very nice staff and service. Train is not loud - it didn’t disturb me at all!

Nice hotel. Very convent access to Key Bank offices and restaurants. I’ve seen some complaints about the train noise (see picture). There is rumbling but I never heard a horn so it was really a non-issue.Would stay here again.

I'll start this by saying, I never leave reviews but felt I had to after the amazing experience I had at this hotel. I travel a lot and this place stood out to me as one of the best due to the following reasons.1. Customer Service was top notch. Everyone was polite, helpful and extremely nice.2. Coffee and breakfast - coffee and breakfast was included and it was high quality and the best I've had at any hotel. Shoutout to Teresa, she was fantastic!3. Cleanliness - Everything was clean and smelled great.4. Gym - Plenty of space, clean, everything you need. great hotel gym.You can tell that the owners and staff pay close attention to the details that make them one of the best places to stay. I recommend you stay here.

Located by many restaurants and grocery stores. Right off the major highway. Immediately adjacent to a very active rail road track ( at best, 500 feet)! What was to be a no blow zone for the trains, the trains blew all day and night! Constantly hearing the weight of the trains in addition to the above made it unbearable!I originally booked a 4 night stay yet ultimately moved to a different hotel due to lack of sleep! The hotel is a small hotel and no matter where you'd stay, you will be subjected to the nuisance!

This hotel is very good! Rooms are clean, and very well taken care of. Service is really good, as well as the staff being very kind, and helpful! Housekeepers are nice, and clean very thoroughly! They have a nice swimming pool that is little small. Car parking is free, and they have free wifi that is good. There are snacks for purchase near their front desk. Drinks such as coffee, water etc that is open for the whole day, and if there is no more, you can ask the receptionist to refill it! Very good hotel and really recommend it!Rooms: Rooms are very clean, but just a little small.Nearby activities: Lots of activities are around but have to take a car to reach them. Grocery stores like Aldi at a walkable distance, the harbor is 15 minutes in the car, as well as other places like museums. No public transport nearby, so you will need a car. There is a train that passes by the hotel, so if you don’t like noise this won’t be the place for you, but they offer earplugs at the reception. Didn’t bother me and my family though.Safety: Area around is safe.Food & drinks: Their breakfast is really good. They have a variety of foods like eggs, waffles, muffins etc. People that are in charge of the buffet are very kind, and love to help. Their breakfast is an open buffet, that is open from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Overall very good food!

Traveled for work and have nothing but good things to say. Close to the airport, convenient for getting into downtown, and the entire hotel was spotless. Pam took such good care of us!

Dear Diary - Close to the airport. It's close to the train tracks but I didn't hear it running from the room, nor did we hear the train horn going off. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was your basic breakfast meal you would get at any hotel stay that did offer one. The location is definitely within range of areas of interest in town. Would stay here again

As a platnum member you could say I stayed at a lot of Marriott properties. This is by far the cleanest Fairfield Inn I have ever stayed in. As a bonus, the staff is supper friendly (front desk, housekeeping & breakfast staff). Only down side is this hotel is it close to a busy RR, but they do offer free ear plugs. This didn't bother me as the trains are more like a low rumble.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to the Cleveland area for an event. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, which is what you’d expect from a Marriott property. However, I was disappointed about the service from the cleaning staff. As I was getting ready to checkout at 10am, I received several loud knocks on my door. I got dressed and opened the door, to find two members of the cleaning staff asking me when I would be checking out. I told them I was in process of getting dressed to leave and they aggressively asked me “WHEN?”. I was shocked by this response and told them I’d be leaving momentarily. I’m not sure why the staff had been so rude and I’ve never experienced this before at a Marriott.
