Terrible experience. After receiving quote, and receiving payment I didn't hear from anyone. Rented items were not what I ordered and the crew had to come out several times after delivering broken equipment. The foul language and unprofessionalism was absurd. The guys who set up my items were highly intoxicated. The only one who seemed sober I needed a translater to communicate with. Do not waste time or money.

Please read! It was such an experience. If there was an option for 0 stars, that’s what I would’ve put instead of 1.I held a backyard party end of May and rented quite a few things from Lasting Impressions: tent, dance floor, lights, tables, and chairs. Ryan basically stopped responding once he received our first half of the check and my husband and I had to call and e-mail several times to get a hold of him. After the event was over, the crew came and got the tent, but the rest (dance floor, tables, and chairs) were on our lawn for over 3 weeks. As I am typing this, the crew is moving them. They called AFTER parking on my wet lawn, which was also annoying. One of the employee was smoking on my property without asking and the other blasting music.The reason why I am writing this is the lack of communication I received from the company and damaging my lawn by abandoning their party supplies for over 3 weeks. How does an event company not track their supplies? I called them a few times until I was able to get a hold of Veronica who was just out of words when I mentioned the crew didn’t take the rest of their party supplies. I definitely do not recommend anyone using this company. Please don’t waste your time and money. Not worth the hassle.

Lasting Impressions was the rental company we used for our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Ryan sourced items they did not already have in stock for purchase so that we could use them. I was worried about my choices, having not seen them in person, so Ryan quickly put me at ease when he went out of his way to get me a full table setting to take home and compare with our table runners. I would absolutely recommend! Having vendors that are on your side make a world of difference when event planning.

We worked with Lasting Impressions and Kristen for our May 2019 and were thoroughly impressed. Kristen made me as the bride, feel comfortable and at ease when making decisions. She was able to guide me in the right direction for suggestions and count for items. Kristen came the day of our set up to ensure everything was running smoothly and we had everything we needed. When part of our stage was missing, she had them ship and deliver from Columbus for the very next day. The step up crew was pleasant and more than happy to move anything around for you. The team worked closely with our catering company for clean up and pick up. I would certainly recommend using them again!
