Pro: very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. They were even able to pull up a comparison screen from the website to compare two items. For a pick-up, or if you happen to be looking for the items they have out (which, granted, includes some cool items like several high-end Fluke multimeters), I’d rate this 5 stars.Con: it’s a tiny little store. Unless you happen to be shopping for something they have on display, it’s probably not worth making a trip here without having ordered in advance.Cute store, though, and again, great staff! Thanks, folks!

I don’t remember the employees name but I bought a motor there for my furnace yesterday. He helped me out so much. Thanks to his knowledge I now have a working furnace again.

I got caught in a snow storm and was going to be late to pick up my parts. Ed stayed after to make sure i got what i needed. He didn’t rush me when i got the even though it was a friday and the store had been closed 20 minutes. You don’t find too many people people like Ed anymore. Much appreciated! You have a customer for life!
