Purchased a lift chair for my grandmother due to mobility issues. Had the chair for 2 months and it broke. It's under warranty so they came out to fix it withing a week. They did not have the parts to fix it but said they will oder. Parts where ordered around September 15 and we where told they won't be in till October 23rd. That can and went and now the part won't be in until December 19th. I've called numerous times and no satisfaction. I've called twice during the past week and and asked to talk to a manager. The manager is never available and refuses to call me back. Horrible experience that is still on going.

Bought a couch with chaise from the W140th store. Ashley was awesome in assisting us, even price matched a slightly lower price. Setting up an appointment to pick it up was a breeze. We purchased the couch on Thursday. It was in stock and we picked it up Saturday. Pick up was quick and easy. We purchased the fabric protection but hoping we will never need to file a claim. Super happy with our experience.

Nice selection of furniture, but based on our experience, they are all about the sale, and not integrity or customer service. Pick up in Maple Heights was a disaster. Only one employee (on weekends we were told) and the manager of the store misrepresented assistance that would be provided. No return call from her regarding the situation. We had intended to buy other furniture there but clearly that won't be happening. Kudos to that lone employee at the warehouse. Even though he had a line of unhappy customers, he remained calm and polite and did his best in a ridiculous situation. Everyone there appreciated his effort and attitude.

Bought completed kitchen cabinets at NE Ohio Factory Direct in Euclid. I worked with Alicia for design and layout - although everyone was helpful. I ordered my cabinets at the beginning of Covid and there was perhaps a two week delay. My contractor installed all the cabinets and the design was beautiful. I ended up with over 40 cabinets, but it was a large kitchen remodel.There were a couple minor glitches, but all in all it was a great experience. They also sell massage chairs. My husband sat in them as I work with designer.

I found better quality cabinets and a better price elsewhere nearby. Thank you for your time but I really wish your marketing wasn't so misleading. I wasted my valuable day off. :(

I priced kitchen cabinets and had to choose only a countertop they carried which i did not like. They system is set up to introduce you to really cheap cabinets then lead you to the expensive ones. Based on previous reviews i was Leary to spend thousands for cabinets set and then not have any recourse because they had my money and no customer service.

We recently purchased a sleeper couch from the Canton store. It took several months before delivery. Once it was delivered, the couch was damaged. We reached out to Factory Direct and they told us they would make it "RIGHT". However, after many calls to the company they have not made it "RIGHT". We included photos of the damage and all the mud the delivery company brought into out home.

Purchased a recliner on January 1, 2021, and had to wait 12 weeks for arrival, so that means I've had this chair for approximately one year. I stopped into the store late last year because the padding in the footrest has flattened out and I feel like my legs are resting on 2x4s. Once someone could take the time to talk to me, I was told that the fabric has to be loose so that the footrest can fold down. I understand that, but I believe the padding can still be plump and the fabric be loose. Now I have a situation where threads have loosened from the seat cushion. Based on what I was told about the footrest and the comments I've read, I don't believe it's worth my time or aggravation to contact anyone. But if someone wants to contact me, please do.

I do not understand the negative reviews. I had been looking for a couch for months. I even committed to one from Macy's. No dice they did not have the color I wanted and would be 5 months wait. I came here, the manager showed me around and answered all my questions and no hard sell. I left and went to another place in the area. Could not find anything that I wanted. I came back and spoke with Marc again and committed to a couch. He advised it may take till the fall for it to arrive. It was a super nice couch for significantly less cash than I was prepared to spend. Couch arrived less than 4 months. Great deal, no hard sell, and quality.
