This is the most unprofessional moving company. They don’t give quotes and when you don’t use them they cuss you out…and just show up at your house. Saying GOODBYE to 10 years of doing business has never come so easy now that I know how they behave…good riddance

This is a late review but I wanted to share it now as I think back to their great customer service. I hired All Service Moving twice — first in 2017 to move my daughter quickly out of a rental home and store her furniture at their facility. And then again in 2019 to pack her stored items into a Pod for her next home in California. Her items in storage were carefully wrapped and were in perfect condition when they were loaded into the Pod. The packing into the pod was correct and her load made it to CA without damage because it was correctly loaded.
This company is a family run enterprise and they treated us and my daughters furniture with great care. They are professional and courteous and nice men and their facility is clean orderly and well run. These guys know what they are doing.
I am going to hire them now to move my elderly mom’s furniture to assisted living.

I feel sorry for whoever's furniture was in the truck when I was coming up the Jennings freeway and this truck cut me off weaving in and out of traffic cut me off the second time and then flipped me off both the driver and the helper both gave me the middle finger after cutting me off twice coming up the Jennings freeway I feel sorry for whoever's belongings were in that truck I'm sure some things are broken those drivers are extremely unprofessional and they're driving skills are very poor quality they have no respect for the rules of the road dot should take their license from them

Used this business for moving. When I spoke to Ralph and set a date / discussed this things I needed moved I knew that this was a professional and friendly local business. Connected the day before to verify and the guys showed up right on time the following morning. I had most things packed well but they tidied up any loose ends and were prepared to pack more. Had me moved in the quoted time. Nothing broken and total professionalism. Follow up call from owner within an hour. Not looking to move anytime soon but if and when I do, I hope Ralph and his crew are still there. Highly recommend.Also want to add that as a woman it was very high on my list to feel safe and trusting and this company fit both those wants.

What a professional service. The team went above and beyond our expectations. They greeted us with a smile and welcoming demeanor from the first moment they arrived. They loaded the truck quickly while also taking cautious care of our belongings. Before leaving, they even asked if there was anything they could do to help further and even offered to return if we thought of something. Exceptional customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Ralph, the owner, and his team Shawn and Tim, are saints, in my book. No job too small, described my need. My 7 year old grandson completed his class art project about Houdini at my house in Parma. It was made up of props of Houdini’s, glued down to a 6’ long sheet of paper. It could not be folded or rolled. It had to be transported to my grandson’s house in Euclid, flat. It was too big for an SUV. It is due tomorrow for his class on Zoom, along with his speech. Ralph took the job for a crazy low fee and it was delivered in one day, on short notice. They treated a child’s art project with the same great care had it been fragile glass. I unequivocally recommend All Service Moving and Storage. THANK YOU! I gave a young family member who was moving out of the upstairs of a house, to a single house, the gift of hiring All Service Moving and Storage to move them. Ralph’s (owner) crew had them moved in about four hours! Very hard workers, very efficient, treated the furniture like it was glass. Very careful with their belongings. Upon looking at my items I had in storage I am disappointed, my furniture is scratched and wood has a white film like it was outside. My brass bed had parts missing and tarnished like it was outside. My glass table top was delivered unwrapped and scratched. Many other frustrating issues. The company has kind people but poor care for my storage items.

Amazing crew and owner. I was in a bind and needed help moving furniture to my basement. They were very polite, fast and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them for any furture moves.

This company is outstanding. They have moved several of my family members many times over and are extremely kind, courteous, safe and go above and beyond the scope of work every single time. The owner and his group of guys helped me assemble furniture, and even offered to help me fill in some of my old furniture dents (that I caused!) with their stain pen. They are so fast - literally run up and down steps, very safe - never a dent or scratch in the wall, and very logical and methodical in their approach. I recommend them to everyone I know. Further, their pricing cannot be beat for their quality of work. They can pack up your things, store them, and then move them to your new space. Truly makes moving easy!!!

Second time I've had All service handle my move. Ralph went out of his way to squeeze my move into their schedule. Matt and his guys were really nice and very helpful. I've referred All Service to a number of friends and everyone has had great experiences too.
