The process was very efficient and went smoothly. The agent talked me through every step and was very transparent about everything. I got less than I would have liked (though that’s the case for cashing out your car across the board) but the agent did his best to help me shoot for the price I wanted. Would recommend this if you’re not trading your car or selling it yourself.

I'll start with the two people I spoke with, one on the phone and one in person were both nice, nothing wrong with customer service. The problem was I got an ONLINE offer of $17,370. Went to my appointment in person and I was offered $15,100. Not even close to what the online offer was. What the person told me was that the "system" priced it too high online, that was it, did not walk outside to inspect the car or anything so I said no thank you. I went literally across the street from this location to Tony's Auto world, they test drove it, inspected it in person and bought it on the spot for $17,500. So the question here is, what is the system WeBuyAnyCar is using to value cars and how can it be trusted? And for no one to actually inspect the car to see the true value, only going off of the online system that can't even be trusted, well that's just beyond me. Anyone selling your car, make sure you check with your local dealers that can inspect the car in person to see it's true condition and get a fair offer it before you start comparing online offers.
