**Worst Service Department I've Ever Encountered**
On June 9th, my 2021 Dodge Charger, with only 42,000 miles, experienced an electrical issue. Mopar recommended I take the car to Spitzer, the nearest Dodge service center.
On June 11th, Spitzer informed me that they had "fixed" the issue, which they attributed to a missing PCM fuse. This was puzzling since the fuse box had not been tampered with before. A few weeks later, while out with my family, the car broke down again. This time, they claimed it was related to a recall and that they had resolved it.
Two weeks after that, the car broke down again with the same problem: the engine went into limp mode, and I couldn't shift the car until I turned it off and manually put it into gear. Spitzer assured me it was fixed and that the repair was covered under warranty. However, over Labor Day weekend, the car broke down again with the same issues.
I returned the car to Spitzer on a lunch break and informed them that I needed to leave by 1:30 pm. They initially promised a rental car if my car wasn't ready within an hour and a half, but when 1:30 pm came around, they refused to provide a rental. Ed Biro and Jesse Campbell then told me they couldn't confirm whether it was the same issue I had been experiencing for the past three months and again refused a rental car.
As a result, I am now $600 out of pocket due to their failure to fix the issue properly in June. I have involved Stellantis corporate and filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s office. Based on my experience with Ed and Jesse in the service department, I would not recommend doing business with Spitzer.

DO NOT take your car here if you are experiencing issues. They will do everything they can to deny any warranty work, but still makes it seem like to manufacture that the work was done so they still get paid. THIEFS!!

These people are the best of the best and to say they go way above and beyond any other dealership is an understatement. They hire and employ the best. I have now purchased my third vehicle off Spitzer and each time a five plus star experience. This recent vehicle was for my new driver teen daughter. Joel the salesman was absolutely awesome accommodating my crazy schedule and last minute appointment time changes due to my work schedule. He went out of his way to show my daughter every feature the vehicle has and as a father I’m very impressed he took the time to give my daughter safety driving tips and how to take proper care of her new car. All things I lecture her about lol. Very impressed how both Joel and the finance manager Jesse non stop multi tasked during the time I was up there taking other customers calls. They made the buying process simple, fast and efficient. Spitzer is very blessed to have them on their elite team.

I do not recommend, I came in because my car was struggling to accelerate and was shaking going at higher speeds. I expressed my concern about my transmission and or brakes and was called back telling me I just needed a tune up. I was quoted at $425 plus tax. I picked up my car and was charged just shy of $700. One of the line items on my bill did not have a description and I was told it was for the inspection. My car was not driven at all as it had the same milage at drop off as it did at pick up. When I drove home my car had all the same issues it had before taking it in but the shop was closing so I could not go back right away. So I paid nearly $700 for a coolant flush and 4 spark plugs and a radiator cap, probably to find out in a week or two that I most likely have a transmission problem. I made a mistake taking it in here.

I've only used there service department but it's typically an extension of the rest of the dealership anyway and I felt 3 stars is about average as was the service I received on my vehicle. Their website says they wash your vehicle after service but they don't. I paid 45 dollars to have a tire removed and patched (which were already off the truck to be rotated anyway)and all they did was plug the tire which I was told specifically they don't do and I wouldn't have paid for if I'd have known they were gonna do it ,being that it takes less than 30 seconds to plug and inflate a tire. Buyer beware as you would any other dealership, they're no different and I will continue to look for a decent place to service my vehicles as I'm a 1 and done customer at spitzer

*PLEASE READ* Randall Milton was good and knowledgeable. I would recommend him when purchasing a Jeep at Spitzer. The above rating is based just on Randall Milton. Now after I was done with Randall is where I had to be cautious. They will try and talk you into buying an extended warranty. I have purchased one before at Spitzer and that is where I learned my lesson. Our other Jeep has been sitting in service department since Monday. Initially they said it will be done on Wednesday, it is Thursday and they finally called and said it would be done next Wednesday or Thursday they are waiting on a part. Plus no loaners available, but they are never available. The last time they had same jeep for over two weeks we had to beg to get a loaner so we could go to work. Every time we use the extended warranty from Spitzer we get the run around. They make us wait, don't return calls promptly, are rude and condescending. I had to sometimes have to beg them to fix something that was was obviously broke and other times was told that there wasn't anything wrong and the next week said part broke. You make an appointment for morning and they get back to you at the end of the day or the next day saying what is wrong and then they start working on the vehicle on the 3rd day. people have jobs and need their vehicles when you make an appointment it should be looked at then. Don't overbook if you are too busy. That is why when we purchased our 2021 Jeep Cherokee we got our extended warranty from someone else even though we were told they were working on the service department and we now know that is not true. Now with our new jeep we do not have to deal with Spitzer service department. Plus it was much cheaper. I tried calling the GM of Spitzer prior to writing this to voice my concerns, but he would not answer the page per the receptionist. I guess it is safe to say 'their world does not revolve around me'.

The experience I had with Spitzer CDJR Cleveland was absolutely amazing!! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. Special thanks to Joel, Jesse, Bobby, and everyone else involved for making my dream become a reality. My experience with them was simply amazing. Everyone was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to them for all of my future jeeps. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Spitzer CDJR Cleveland on Brookpark Rd to everyone!
