Staff is very friendly every time I go. This is the place I go to buy lottery tickets. You see all the big past winners posted and you can only hope to be added to the wall. They have ticket machines, keno, and so much more.

I wouldn't give 1 star, if that was an option! I only used this station in the 10+ yrs living here.. and yesterday I pumped between 10-15$ worth, just to top off my tank, as usual..but somehow their pump malfunctioned and I was sprayed full blown in my face! I tried looking for a help button on the pump, but found none, I tried pulling on the hose's latch which was locked down, to no avail! I hit every button on the pump hoping it would stop the gas flow...nothing worked. I yelled and yelled, no one heard or came out...so I had to put the flowing pump down and go inside, in shock and shaking. I told the young girl what happened and that I needed to clean the gas off my face and clothes, and how I inhaled, and swallowed gas...and that I was shaking...although she directed me to the bathroom, and had the pump shut down and sent someone out to clean up, I HAD TO ASK her if she needed my info, and about my charge on my credit card! She informed me her manager (turns out Mom) would be in hrs later and handle it. I had to call back that afternoon after the ambulance checked me out due to medical issues, because the MANAGER apparently didn't seem to find my situation important enough to reply to. Long story short, apparently nothing was seen on camera to show what happened and they are expecting me to pay for the full charge of all the gas that poured all around my car and on me. Because the pump "worked fine for others" I was told. I'm still having issues with the smell in my nose, nausea ruined other, etc...and have turned this over to more "qualified people" ...this is not how you treat a long term customer, or any customer, who just went through a rather traumatic shock. I'm 65 by the way...I have never had an issue pumping gas. But apparently this was "on me"... Shame on this manager! God is good though, and He doesn't like the unjust or "ugly" ...so they have lost not only my business, but all the people I know, and being a hairdresser with a clientele of 30+ yrs, gives me quite the platform. Shameful management!!!

While it's nice that they are always open, if you are on a late night coffee run, you are better off driving the extra distance to Sheetz or Speedway. Even just out of the dispenser, the coffee here was barely drinkable.

How do you sell lottery but can't cash wining tickets this location had no problem taking my money but it is like I'm inconvenience them to try to get my winnings wow the man telling me to go every where else to cash it why should I have to drive around to get my winings when I bought my ticket from this location I'm tired of the customer service at this location Maybe Shell Corp should evaluate there customer service protocols at this location ??????

Born and raised in Brook Park. Every time I go to this Shell location for anything(I use to stop for gas, lotto and alcohol), I have had negative experiences. If you want to see the finest Brook Park has to offer, have at it at this Shell location. Good luck if the regular sweet lady isn't on the clock. Poor customer service. No social distancing. The customers are rude. They cut in line and stand on top of you waiting in line. Better off going across the street to Circle K. I am just shocked at how nasty people can be. This is a pandemic, people. Funny, no matter how crowded it is at Circle K, social distancing is adhered to. Gasoline prices are not competitive at this Shell station, either.

The customer service representatives are fantastic! So friendly and helpful! And the gas is always the cheapest in town! It's very close to my house and these people have always made me feel as though I am part of a tight knit community...
