The lady at the front desk was very rude. My mom was asking her a simple question and she replied to my mom “are you done talking yet?” My mom has been a loyal customer for years and she’s going to speak to her like that? Never returning .

Nice stop to get a lamp , shades , mirrors etc from the older hotels. The quality is normal wear and tear. The selections are mostly fabric to some leather pieces. The staff is very friendly and service was fast. You could furnish a small home under $3,000 I guess however it looks dated.

Well made Furniture and Essential that are Built to last. As a mother of Sons we have dressers that have been used daily for over 10 years and still look great! Never miss an opportunity to stop by and see what I must have.

You definitely have to check this place out! I’ve used several times for different products. They carry a multiple variety of items. You’ll never know what you’re going to find, but it’s Definitely a worthwhile trip and always great prices, and great family business to do business with.

I love this store my while family shops here. You can find whatever you may need for your house at a low price & it's good quality. The staff his very friendly & helpful. I go at least once a month to buy something. I use to go every Saturday but I moved across town. But I don't care I shop with them before I go to any other place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Northcoast Hotel Liquidation on 6511 Eastland Road in Brook Park, OH. I originally found this warehouse size store when I was looking to buy a microwave oven for my daughter. Here I am, 5 years later, with a houseful of sturdy, classic furniture that family and friends regularly admire. I look very forward to weekly emails regarding special purchases. The building may be huge, but the attention to customer service is enormous.

OMG I love the service I received from the store even though I couldn't make it to the store physically the items that I needed were carefully picked out as if they were being taken home by the manager himself I really appreciate the service because not only was the service thoughtful but the quality of customers service was upheld to great standards THANK YOU GUYS/LADYS
