“I cannot say enough good about this moving company, which I used when I relocated back to Ohio in 2013, and again on April 15th. I requested the same three movers, and two of them came back with another two young gentlemen. Every office contact, and my personal interface with these young movers was respectful, careful, thorough and far surpassing my expectations. “Wow! Just. Wow! We (The Musical Theater Project) decided to work remotely, and so we needed to move from a building in Independence to two storage units near Lakewood. We hired Berea Moving and Storage because they had been trustee by major arts organizations throughout Norheast Ohio. We needed to move backstock of CDs from our record label, and many, many theatrical costumes, in addition to office records, supplies, and equipment. They were thorough, careful, systematic, and organized. They were also really fun to work with! Somehow, they managed to find a spot for everything, even suggesting ways to organize the storage spaces so that everything would have its place. Best of all, the thousands of CDs were places in their exact right spot, in the exact right shelf--easy to find! We are forever grateful to this wonderful, family owned business. If they can organize our move, they can do the same for anyone.”

“First some background, I was in the military for over 27 years and we have moved 25 times over the years ( both while in and out of the military). About 6 months ago I had to take over for a sick friend during their interstate move. The driver who was in charge of their move from origin to destination was MJ Michaels with Ace Relocation Systems, Inc – Cleveland OH. I was totally impressed with MJ in every aspect of the move process. In all my moves I have never encountered a 10 out of 10 experience in each and every part of the move. His truck and van were spotless and looked brand new. Inside the truck looked just as impressive. It was spotlessly clean as were all equipment, everything looked like it was in a show room. All items were expertly organized, stacked and in place in the van. It looked like MJ was ready for the drill sergeant to come and inspect his vehicle and equipment. During the three days I observed MJ I reaffirmed my impression of him and his professionalism. He hand picks the crew that he hires to assist him and expertly manages them throughout the move process. I was so impressed that I made sure to get his contact information as I was contemplating a possible move for my wife and I in the near future. Now 6 months later I was relocating and needed a mover. I contacted Ace Relocation in Cleveland and insisted that if they wanted my business it had to be MJ as my driver and in charge of my move. To sum up my personal experience with MJ after my move – total professionalism, extreme courtesy, expert knowledge, the best care for your items, great communication, and on time every time. I cannot adequately express how totally perfect the move process was accomplished from the moment MJ arrived at our door and continued throughout the packing, loading, moving and delivering of our goods at our new location. “Moving across the country is ordinarily a challenging process. U-Pack made it hassle-free. We called U-Pack, got a very reasonable quote (especially reasonable compared to competitors) and had a moving container delivered exactly when we needed it. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!”
