Horrible service they will rip you off and over charge you. Do not go here. I called customer service and they agreed they were trying to rip me off and advised me to go to a different store.they pretend like they care but all they want is your money Abu is horrible do not go here

Bought a phone here and Mike set it up so I may be on the Safelink affordable connectivity program. He did not. He lied to me. Had to pay $30.00 for Novembers bill.Went back and the other worker set it up. He lied to me and did not set it up I am being charged another $30.00 for Decembers bill.I am a honorably discharged, handicapped veteran living below the poverty line. I have the safe link service but they did not transfer me to that service and I now pay $30.00 per month for phone service. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THESE LIERS.
