3 month ago I went to Change the oil and month later I was cleaning my tire I notice the tire center cape broken
today I went to Chang the oil again they ask me to do recommend staff to my car I said ok but she didn’t tell how much
later I paid 833.19 and when I went to my home I didn’t find 3 of the tire center cap . When I called them back she said they was broken and they order new caps for FREE .
BECUASE they broke it but she didn’t say that . and she said I was going to call you
this place getting worse day after day
I am not going back to this place again and I will tell my friends about this horrible place
Until someone call me back to fix this mess

Kara was very nice, and concern of my needs for a vehicle at Victory Toyota. She walk through the differences Used vs New. When I pick new, she explain all the features and even help me setting up my radio and internet service. Really enjoy the customer friendly service. Wish I could come by monthly just to purchase another vehicle with great service I received. I will let others know about the great service at Victory Toyota. Had a co-work purchase at Victory. In our work parking lot, notice several other Victory Toyota’s vehicle.

Anthony Testa was great to work with! Responsive, not pushy, and highly knowledgeable about the cars. I definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re trying to get into a Toyota.
I had previously heard great things about this dealership which is what drove me there, and I was not disappointed.

In 2009 I bought my Tacoma new from Metro Now Victory Toyota in Brook Park Ohio. I have under 63,000 miles on the vehicle. I had all my work done at Toyota - oil changes - tire rotations - brakes. I saw rust on the ground under my Tacoma, so I took it to Victory to be check out. I was told the frame was rusted through in spots. I asked how much to fix it. They said they can't fix it. I said what do you suggest - Answer - Trade it's in. I asked why this problem wasn't noticed during one of my service visits. I was told I needed to specifically request that inspection.

Felt very taken advantage of as a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Dominic convinced me that I needed 4 new tires and work on my car totaling $1700 that would fix the grinding noise that was happening. I explained that I thought it was something with the gears or transmission but he ignored me. After all of that work the sound came back later that night and I had to take my car in again for what would have been a $0 fix as it was something wrong with the transmission that was covered under the five year warranty. I’m never coming back to this dealership or any other Toyota dealership. I feel upset and had to learn the hard way that all anyone ever wants to do at dealerships is squeeze any bit of money out of you.

Outstanding dealership. Saw Ken Kenopka in sales who has sold me numerous vehicles in the past. Was a great experience and everything went smoothly All employees who I spoke with and had a hand in my purchase were very friendly. Would definitely go to Victory Toyota again.

Adam was helpful courteous and fun to work with He worked to get us the car we wanted. We drove over one and a half hours because he was determined to help and stayed in constant contact as opposed to others we worked with.
