“This is the place, to find all manner of Real-Live heavy duty "Marine Supplies"! (They were originally, a "Ship Chandler", as I understand...) I have also bought many pieces of hardware useful for tree trimming, over the years, from Samsel. They are splicers of wire, as well and can make your cables "Taylor Made" for your particular application. Very high quality hand tools here, as well.”

“I had a screw that was stuck in a part of a bed frame I was assembling. I took it to Ace and Dan was very helpful in getting products that might help get it out. Even though they didn’t work, I took the part to the store the next day and Dan happily got the screw out of the part for me. That saved me from such a rut! I was very impressed with his customer service, as well as the other staff in the store. I will definitely be returning if and when I need to, and will spread the word about how great this location is!”

I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
What really blew me away was how quickly they got the job done. I dropped off my mower in the morning, and by the end of the day, it was fixed and ready to go! Plus, they made sure to handle everything under my warranty, which saved me a ton of hassle.

Other places were going to require us to buy the whole bit holder assembly rather than only the missing piece. Tri-County didn't, and fixed it quickly while I waited. “Had to have my riding mower picked up for repair. That cost was $60 dollars which I thought was high but what can you do if you have no other way to drop off. The part Needed was unavailable and had to be ordered, took like 6 weeks. Once in, Puritas fixed in about 3 days. They repaired my mower and all is good. The price was reasonable and I'd use again.”
“Had my truck upfitted here and they did a great job communicating with calls and texts and even sent pics back and forth to get my upfit perfect. 2 years later i needed some parts that broke on my ladder rack. These guys warranteed the broken parts and helped me upgrade some things as well. They mailed me my parts which arrived the next day and made the transaction as easy as possible, once again communicating very thoroughly through text. Couldnt recommend them enough!”

“I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.”
“The folks working here are ready to help in anyway the moment you walk in... but give you your space and privacy to look around. I have never seen such a large selection of router bits in one location... not just a few of the most commonly used, but everything produced by a few of the major makers. Even though they seem to be a specialty shop, their prices basically match what you will find online or in the big box stores.”
