The team members at CVS were helpful and courteous. They have a variety of product and items are easily identified in marked isles. It is also easy to use the CVS website to load coupons to my extracare card.

Pharmacist thought he knew better than the NEUROLOGIST and decided not to give me my child's anti seizure medication. Not checking the bag was my fault. Making an executive decision well out of your intellectual level was the Pharmacist's fault. Trash.

they gave me milky looking long lasting insulin. the pharmacist kept hanging up on me. Finally had to discontinue the whole prescription. The store is a complete mess. Big turn over , which means corporate treating employees like dirt. Some of the new employees can't speak comprehensive English.

Everyone had their CVS, you know, the whole “one on every street corner concept? Well this CVS, is MY CVS! It’s not the closest, but it’s the one I go to because the Pharmacy staff are great. From the Techs to most of the Pharmacists. It’s a very dependable pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy. Constantly wait at the drive-thru over 20 minutes when only 2-3 cars in line. Today I sat AT THE WINDOW for over 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged by a worker. HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I’ve wasted enough of my life waiting for this awful pharmacy!!!!

Went in at 1:55pm pharmacy had the shutters closed. 3 women walking around or sitting in the back still. After waiting a minute I asked a simple polite question if a medication was only behind the counter. One of the women gave me an extremely rude attitude and told me “we are on lunch”. Apparently lunched ends at 2pm. Confronted her about the attitude and she proceeded to call me the rude one. Will not be coming back to this store. Rite aid is 20 seconds down the road.

Been getting my prescriptions filled here for a few years now. Not once have they ever given me a hard time. The pharmacist and technicians are fast and efficient. I never waited long or experienced an attitude from any staff. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication cvs snow road.

Avoid this place. It’s literally always something. Whether it’s prescription related or photo prints and everything in between it’s always a hassle. I highly recommend driving 15 minutes to a different location. This one is a waste of time. Always!
