Worst customer service anywhere! Can't get a hold of anyone when you call! Almost always out of my medicines and have to order them which takes days! Don't use this pharmacy at all!

they gave me milky looking long lasting insulin. the pharmacist kept hanging up on me. Finally had to discontinue the whole prescription. The store is a complete mess. Big turn over , which means corporate treating employees like dirt. Some of the new employees can't speak comprehensive English.

This CVS is so bad that I will be contacting corporate the one lady with a tie dyed shirt on was very rude and disrespectful talks about other customers Scripts.. I was just in complete shock as I was sitting waiting for my script she literally made comments about two other customers medications something for high blood pressure and a Percocet SMH ..and again I will be contacting corporate so inappropriate..

We used to be very happy with the service we received from this pharmacy. In the last year or so it has completely gone downhill. I waited on hold for 30 minutes today for a simple call that would have taken them a minute or less to take. This is just the latest in bad experiences we have had here. It is clear that our business is not wanted so we will be going elsewhere from now on.

It was very important to have Covid-19’s test results in 48 hours for upcoming trip , and I didn’t receive it in time . So tell why should anybody pay for useless test ? I had to retest with double price in airport. If I know , I would never go there

I had been a customer here for 5 yrs. With the same medication (and at times even more pain medication was prescribed) but now my Pain management has me on less, but I'm still on medication CVS has filled for years. One month I was told, \\\"I can't fill this because of my Doctor\\\" with no explanation. I went to Rite Aide with no problems. At my next Dr appt, I let them know what happened, and was assured it would be resolved. So next month once again my Pharmacist refused, but this time, the excuse was, \\\"not accepting from this office\\\", and I was surprised, and embarrassed by people looking at me strangely, and being confused on what's wrong? When I went for my next appt., I told my Doctor once again, and He didn't have an answer, but encouraged me to go back. I by then called CVSs headquarters to complain. They couldn't tell me why, but said it would be investigated. AND that if the pharmacist refused my prescription...he was obligated to refer me another place to go. He did not. So next try, again refused, but this time he said \\\"I don't feel comfortable filling your prescription!\\\" I was surprised...I asked him if that's the case, why won't he speak to my Doctor and explain his concerns, and why. He refused to do this. If he truly was concerned, why not speak with my Doctor, so he could understand my \\\"case\\\". I gave him permission to learn all he needed. But nope. He wasn't interested. So...am I to believe my medication does not get prescribed to anyone else? And why out of years of prescriptions (even a less amount now) does this pharmacist \\\"feel\\\" uncomfortable and can decide not to fill it? After several back and forth trying to resolve this, I just quit, and go to Rite Aid....no one else during these 4 months, gave me a problem with my prescription, that gets filled every month, after blood, and urine tests, and follow ups with my Doctor. So how this was allowed to happen to someone in pain management for 20+ years, and never a flagged or failed test from my Doctors or flagged by a pharmacy, is an unnecessary burden to the customer. I'm 63 yrs old by the way...with many disabling ailments.

Pharmacy rarely answers heir phone! I have waited over half hour numerous times, with my cell phone still in hand while walking back to pharmacy. I have explained to them that it is a courtesy to answer the phone and tell phone person that they will be there in a moment. Must be a cultural thing, too many foreighn person staff. Will not go there again.
