Update: I got a call from their leadership to let me know they're taking steps to have employees better explain when they notice something they'd like to bring to the customers attention. Thank you for taking internal steps to better your business practices. If they'd shown me in the shop, outside, or a better view in the video noting the actively leaking oil is not what they were referring to it would have been a very different review. Yes, you are causing concern, yes there will be confusion and confrontation because you're not cleary showing or describing the situation from the start, and yes you cannot expect people to trust you when you say there's an active leak with a video showing the still draining oil.
Not even an oil change is safe! Showed me a video of oil leaking from my car, assuming to get me to panic and my response was to note I have never had an oil leak from this car. Ever. It was from when they were letting the oil out for the change I needed. Then it was corrected as a "slow leak" hitting a panel so I wouldn't see it on the ground. Not entirely sure why you showed me the video as your case if that's what you meant other than to send me into a panic. I took my car to a reputable mechanic that I've seen over the years to check out the bottom oil pan Conrad's insisted was leaking. They checked the bolts and added a colorant to the oil so they could see exactly what and where and said to return if I saw anything. This was a month ago and I still don't see a leak. If this doesn't deter you from just getting an oil change it should. Not worth it to have them try to set you in a panic and get you to fix something that wasn't broken before you drove in.

Made an appointment online at 11:25am on Friday for a 9am the next day, Saturday. Received a call from Conrad's at 8:30am Saturday, a half hour before my appointment. The person calling, named Steve, asked if I could move my appointment to next week because they were "triple booked" and did not take into account online appointments. I told him if they could get me in first thing Monday morning I will move it. He said he could not do that, but could do 9am. Took my business elsewhere. Not a great way to build rapport with a customer. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. If you don't have time for me, so be it. I don't understand how they consistently do not check online appointment more often as I made this appointment almost 24 hours beforehand. Either fix online appointments or do away with them completely

Will never go back to this place. I went in to get one rear tire replaced and was told it would be $90. After they got it up and the wheel taken off they then told me it would be $229...they charged me $32 and $110 for labor. It is disgusting how badly they ripped me off. I will be needing 2 new front tires soon and I already went to other places for quotes and was told for two new front tires I would only pay $205. I would suggest staying far away from this place. While I was waiting for them to put on the new tire...I heard the guy at the counter upsell many people that walked in the door. Worst thing was that I had to sit and wait for 2.5 hours to get one tire put on and when it was finally finished and I walked up to the counter...the guy did not even recognize me and asked what I needed help with. I will NEVER recommend or go back to this place!! Buyer beware here for sure!!!

For context, I have come here several times before for an oil change and tire rotation (always well priced due to using a coupon) without issue and the service was always kind.
This past week I was not only overcharged for my oil change, but was quoted over $500 for the replacement of my front rotars and brake pads after being told in a pressuring way I needed my brakes done that day. I followed up with getting quotes elsewhere, and was able to get the service for less than $400 and a 2 year warranty. When I picked up my car from getting the oil change, I was pressured again to get my brakes done. When I said I would not be getting my brakes done at Conrads due to the cost and that I had found a better quote at a reliable place I've been to before (The Brake Shop on Snow Road, highly recommend) I was then magically quoted a new price of $340 for my brakes to be done if I stayed with Conrads. When I said I would still be going elsewhere, I was given the third degree.
I am disappointed in the customer service, as I walked away feeling disrespected and cheated. I will never go back to Conrads, no matter the location, and have recommended the same to my friends and family. For anyone reading this post in Northeast Ohio, I would also recommend, besides The Brake Shop in Parma, going to North Gateway in Medina, Mufflers for Less in Cleveland, and Juds in Bruswick/ Medina for any car repair/service. All are family owned businesses, and you will be treated fairly and not quoted for overpriced services or pressured.

The consistency at this location appears to be lacking. I was unable to afford the repair on my vehicle and exceeded the 30-day period of the quote by 7 days. Initially, I was not charged a diagnostic fee, but I've been informed that I will need to pay one if I return. I regret not proceeding with the repair earlier, but as a student, my financial options are limited. Very disappointed they couldn't move forward with a repair they already quoted and diagnosed.

I returned from vacation to a flat tire. Went to Conrad's after just getting off of a plane. They were able to fix my tire in a timely manner and get me on my way for my almost hour drive home. So thankful they were willing to help me!!

I really think this place isn't as honest as I originally thought. Been a couple of experiences that I think they might have caused the issue. This is something that I don't take lightly and I wouldn't say it if I didn't see some things to make me think like this. So please be careful letting them fix or find out what the issue is with your car. I just would like people to have a fair shake dealing with these jackals out here!!!

They’re good if you need just a general oil change but never come if you need an actual repair. My hood latch wasn’t working, and instead of showing me a 5 second fix to get my hood to close every time, they wanted to charge me $400 to replace the entire mechanism. You’d think they’d do right by their customers but they’ve lost a long time one in me.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicle to them for 5 years or more. They have always been very honest and trustworthy. Never trying to upsell or have us get unnecessary services completed. They always provide us with suggestions of mechanical maintenance that should be done in the future and give us an estimate before beginning any unexpected work. I highly recommend them!

My tire pressure on only one of my truck tires dropped dramatically. I worried I had picked up a nail. I went to Conrad’s in Brookpark. After adding air I spoke with the staff. They got me right in and didn’t find any punctures. The reassured me if the tire goes low again they would fix it on the same bill. It was worth the $23.17 to know the tire is functional as a big storm is predicted for next week. Better twenty buck than a big tow bill. The staff were very understanding and friendly.

I set up an appointment for my daughter's car to have 4 new Firestone tires installed. She spent just under a 1000 dollars. When she picked the car up she noticed there were no valve caps on her new tires. She went back in and they came out and installed them then she brought the car to my house . I noticed the tires looked old and there was sealant around the rims and the tire pressures were all different. The date said they were made 6 months ago which is fine but how hard is it to put the correct tire pressure and wipe the sealant off the tires. The pressures were 30,31,31,34. They should have been35 psi. I corrected the tire pressures and cleaned the sealant off. I just expected more from Conrad's. I will think twice about going back there. This is why people go to the big box stores.
