The reviews speak for themselves. My child attended this center for 7/8 months and I wouldn't recommend this center at all! There seems to be a major disconnect of communication between the school leadership and the staff members. Which eventually becomes very frustrating as a parent. I would say the directors and district manager Cory did handle my concerns with understanding and respect. Although they do not hold their staff members accountable to the same standards.I requested a formal apology from their staff member Tiffani who made a mockery of my concern/issue and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The directors never enforced their staff member to apologize and I removed my child from the center a week after. If it wasn't for parents like myself paying tuition every week Tiffani nor anyone else in the facility would be getting a check. Staff members need to trained on professionalism and how to speak to parents. The directors need to be trained on leadership and holding staff accountable. It says a lot of the directors to not have Tiffani apologize. The district manager asked if I would bring my child back to the center and I would only do that if Tiffani was fired and the directors went through extensive formal training. This facility also has a high turn over rate with teachers and seem to be shorthanded a lot. That all falls back to the directors, which says a lot about their leadership. One morning I even heard Tiffani complaining about having to work 7 days a week because she doesn't get paid enough (as a parent I shouldn't be hearing these types of conversations). There are some teachers their who genuinely care about the children/ were respectful and deserve a raise! Lori in infant 1 is amazing, the PreK teachers were also respectful and friendly, the evening leadership lady was also very pleasant and always took the time to help me find my child's belongings. As much as we're paying for childcare I expect a lot out of a facility and unfortunately (or fortunately) this center did not meet my standards at all! This center may work for you but it did not work for our family. (Sidenote some of the 5 star ratings on these reviews are from current/former staff members so take that with a grain of salt).I truly wish everyone at this center the best.

My daughter attended this summer camp last summer and let me tell you that she never wants to go to a summer camp again !!!!! The building is dirty with an awful smell as soon as you walk in . The rooms with the younger kids smell like urine. The children just sit in the room on days there are no trips and there was no learning at all for her !!!! The children were very mean to her and i spoke with the staff several times about this and nothing was done to make my daughter feel more comfortable and have a better experience. I was told the girls had been together for years in the same day care and camp and thad they were in a clique . The staff wasn't helpful at all with this situation. The food was disgusting and my daughter was hungry when she got home !!!!! Do not send your child there !!!!!!! Never

Customer service and this building told me there was room for my toddler but when I get there for the tour they told me they’d only accept him if he was potty trained. Seems they don’t want to do their job and help potty train toddlers.

I've toured this place twice in the last 5 years and each time gets worse. First time, the place was dark and dingy, lights were out and needed replaced and they were late to start the tour. Second time, same scenario and nothing but screaming in nearly every room we visited. I had a 3rd remote screening set up this past week and waited 25 minutes in a Teams lobby for the director not to show up. Never did get a chance to talk with anyone. They have no respect for my time, I have no faith in their childcare abilities.

If I could do 0 stars for this location I would. I’m sure the others are better, and customer service is nice but the directors and majority of the teachers are very belligerent with parents. Also, their times are a lie. They will charge if the kids aren’t picked up by 5:30, and they do not communicate this properly. I would not send your kids here, as a parent I do not expect to be yelled at in front of children by 3 women about fees that could have been handled in the office.

Disgusting conditions. Care providers take no covid precautions whatsoever. Had to close for multiple days due to infection but still no one masks, no sanitizer, nothing. Can only imagine the lack of care taking place inside. Unprofessional.

My daughter has attended Childtime since she was about 4 months old and she is now 4. She has learned and grown so much from attending daycare/school. She has made friends and loves getting to see her teachers everyday. It's great to be able to trust the people who are taking care of your babies when you can't be there to do it yourself!

Just want to start off by saying this day care has became part of our family, my first son has attended since he was 2 years old he is now 5 and has learned so much. My new born started at two months and I didn’t have a worry in the world dropping him off there, they are like family and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! The staff goes above and beyond for us and my boys!

My husband and I set up a tour online for Monday Jan 30th at 5pm. We got several text messages and emails confirming our appointment but when we showed up there was no one at the school. All the lights were off and the doors were locked. The hours online said they were supposed to be open until 6pm. We called a couple times and no one answered. We finally called the corporate phone number and they could not tell us what was going on. They said the school was supposed to be open and to wait and see if anyone showed. We waited 45 minutes total in their empty lot and called corporate back and they told us that someone would call us the next day. Today is January 4th and we still have no idea what happened. Needless to say we will be looking elsewhere for childcare.

I can only give one star. If able, i would give ZERO. To start, i drive a full size F150.. that i literally cannot park in the parking lot in brookpark at all! I went in for my tour with my husband and daughter, the woman who performed the tour opened the door, let us in and told us to “head right up” (I’ve never been here before) didn’t ask us our names, didn’t clarify who we were or why we were there. She never told us her name. It was dirty inside, with small areas for the children to be. My 5 month old can open a Cabinet, and crawl.. but where they keep infants has cabinets for and no room to crawl at all! I was told they had immediate openings, which was incorrect. They don’t have an opening until July. And i never would have taken time off of work to go tour a facility that wasn’t accepting new babies at the moment! I am very disappointed. I would not recommend!!!

THIS DAYCARE PROFILED ME BECAUSE IM A YOUNG SINGLE MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!Both of my babies (8m & 20m) we’re going to this daycare for abt 3 months . Nothing but problems since they started . They have never been to daycare before so I didn’t know a lot abt enrolling them. I asked multiple times what times I had to bring them they said anytime was fine. It was always I brought them in too early or too late. Secondly they got hand foot and mouth twice there. They never sent out a letter informing parents abt children having it . Then they had mosquito bites from being outside on a SUMMER NIGHT and the director called me because she was SO concerned, accusing me of having bed bugs. That almost drew the line but I needed a daycare at that moment. My older child has been getting bit and pushed and scratched since he has been going there. I have signed at least 10 reports of this happening. He brings that behavior home and would bite the baby sometimes when they would play together. This daycare called CPS on me ! I’m all for protecting a child but they know what it was from. They tried to accuse me of not watchin my kids at home. This is all I do at home is be with my babies . They’re lucky I didn’t make a report of myChild coming home bit and bruised EVERYDAY but I know kids bite. I tried to get the reports of my son being bit and they acted like they didn’t have them. This daycare is not ran correctly at all. Be AWARE of them.

Very disorganized and bad teaching skills
