When I was selecting my color from the ring of options - the nails were falling off of the ring - they acted like it was my fault bc they were not glued or attached properly? My toes all peeled off after a week - not even

If I could give less than 1 star would . I was stopped at the door and told my weight was too much that they would not service me . Then worker pointed to a sign explaining if you’re over a certain weight you can’t get a pedi . Disrespectful, disgusting and will be telling everyone I know anywhere is better than here . I was not even at the weight limit so to be judged off my looks is wrong on so many levels . I’ve gotten many pedis before and never had this problem . Do better .

I had a manicure and pedicure. The owner.did the service I picked #819 color for both. He put red on my toes and didn’t admit he made a mistake. Then he tried to put pink on my nails there I called him on it he didn’t fix the toes or even asked to I won’t return and will tell my neighbors.Services: Pedicure

Terrible customer service , the host who greeted me rushed me to hurry and sit so my service could hurry and get started barely talked to me kept having miscommunication about the way I wanted my nails kept adding on an extra $15 for cutting down my natural nail and then became even more angry when I tried to explain it more clearly 0/10 .

So my sister made an apt for her, me and my mom for her wedding. When we walked in, they took us and started working. Then told us that we never made an apt. We were at the wrong store. They tricked us to sit down bc there was seriously no one there the entire duration of our apt. The younger Asian lady was so rude. Was very aggressive to my sister the bride twice. Very aggressive to my moms friend who was just sitting there with us and told her to stop spinning in her chair and she had to sit at the front of the store soon. I had a different lady and asked her to fix a part of my nail and the younger one came charging at me saying what’s wrong. My sister asked how much things were bc it was a heft bill for 3 people and she yelled at her saying just pay then I’ll tell you. We looked at our French pedis at the end and it looked like a third grader did it, the lines were not straight at all. The older lady did massage my legs for a while and I did appreciate here. Overall, did not feel like a VIP at all like their name sayso. Very rude especially for the occasion they knew we were celebrating.

Really nice workers, and work place, except I wanted shorter nails. When I asked, I was told I cant get that with myShape. I then got charged ten extra dollars because of how long myNails were when I never wanted them this long in the first place.I just called and they will not refund me and are now saying they cannot give me my shape at the length I wanted, even though my friend was with me and got the length I wanted plus the shape. I am very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been her before but it has never been this bad there uneven and some are crooked and some nails are thicker than others she also was aggressively pushing and pulling my hand I was scared, to say anything usually I get better service especially from this lady but I’m so disappointed from todayService: Acrylic nails

My friend and I both called ahead and made appointments for dip manicures. When we arrived there was no one else in the salon and no one came in the entire time we were there so there was absolutely no rush to do our nails. We both left with lumpy, bumpy, uneven dip manicures. They're very thick, the tech did at least 2 coats of primer and 5 or 6 coats of the color and then 2 top coats on my nails. They're dented in places and overall just not good. There are also spots on most nails where the tech didn't do top coat all the way to the edge so they're already scuffed up. I don't understand why they didn't take their time since we were the only people there but now I see why. Also, they gave us a hard time about tipping on a debit/credit card. It's not often you see places that only accept cash as tips and it was clear they were annoyed we didn't bring cash.Service: Dip powder

Came here for the first time and left extremely disappointed. I asked for marble nails and was given scribbles. The lady was extremely rude and did a terrible job THEN charges me $75 for the awful/half worked job. I will never be back and be sure to tell people to not come here.
