There phone # when dialed hangs up even the 24hour phone, how do I talk to you?

This place does not know how to bill. It's their mistake and expect you to pay for it. I proved it was their mistake but they keep billing and adding $4.00 a month. Fees are now more than original debt. Someone please shut them down
