So im being generous with a 3 star review.I will say if this review was based on the staff alone it would be a 5 star review. The staff at this location know their customers and genuinely care about them..However over the last several weeks i have started using GasBuddy, thislocation is the highest in the area, on top of that they are 35 cents more expensive than the exact same company 6 miles down the road at broadview and pleasant valley. I figured this was an error and actually drove past both locations and found this is not an error. Shell is marking up gas based on the mean family income of the community that they built their store in.

3:00pm isn't the best time to do shift change on the register you use for the lottery. Change your procedure so that the only register for the lottery isn't the one for shift change. Twice I've been inconvenienced for something that can easily be fixed.

Yesterday I was on route 82 and Broadview Road at a shell gas station. The cashier quickly mumbled something and ask if I would like to donate my change. I said no, and from there it was like I walked down a wall of shame! He said “you don’t want to”. I said no and the look on his face was disgust. Basically, I was being shamed for not donating to wherever he mumbled to me. So, I said to him that there was always some kind of scam that everyone at stores tries to quickly state to get you to round up your change to. Another guy came over confrontationally like he wanted to fight me and said. What did you say. I said there’s always some kind of scam trying to get you to donate your change. He then said, well you don’t have to give anything if you don’t want to. I then walked out trying to just leave. These people don’t understand you can’t mumble something to somebody, shame people for no reason.

Shell Station Going Woke in BHTS is all about Selling Alcohol & Lotto Tickets! was going on Friday's this to get my .99 cent refill of 12 ounce coffee with my own mug, been doing that for over 25 yrs any Gas /Service station in USA.. 2 weeks ago they wanted to charge me $1.59 with tax and said signs are posted but they are not one! Racial profiling people who don't buy beer, lotto.. Let's Go Brandon!

The workers there were outstanding, they did their jobs right by wearing a face mask. The manager Steve helped me out by finding the perfect seltzer and beer. The store was clean, and the coffee was brewed every 2 hours so they always had a fresh pot on.

The staff is friendly EXCEPT THE FAT WHITE SHIFT MANAGER she's unprofessional & rude she eats & smack on junk food in your face YUCK! while she's at the register. She always has a mean look on her face. & never greets people. She needs a new job

Walked in to buy cigarettes. No greeting no smile and to top it off the cigarette was thrown at the counter. For what reason I have no idea. The black guy was having a bad day and he took it out on me. Not very nice. When dealing with public he needs to have respect. There's so many options out there for me to get my gas and cigarettes. I don't have to deal with his nasty guy
