“I had a storage shed at this location for nearly three years. We stored some things we didn’t have room for in our new apartment and recently concluded our business there.
For the time I had a unit at this location, staff were polite and professional. I often have trouble remembering payment dates, staff would call to remind me and advise of late fee policies and gave me ample time to pay.
The manager, Rhondae, (spelling?) was as always a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated this location and am glad I chose it.”

“Wow! Just. Wow! We (The Musical Theater Project) decided to work remotely, and so we needed to move from a building in Independence to two storage units near Lakewood. We hired Berea Moving and Storage because they had been trustee by major arts organizations throughout Norheast Ohio. We needed to move backstock of CDs from our record label, and many, many theatrical costumes, in addition to office records, supplies, and equipment. They were thorough, careful, systematic, and organized. They were also really fun to work with! Somehow, they managed to find a spot for everything, even suggesting ways to organize the storage spaces so that everything would have its place. Best of all, the thousands of CDs were places in their exact right spot, in the exact right shelf--easy to find! We are forever grateful to this wonderful, family owned business. If they can organize our move, they can do the same for anyone.”

“I have had my belongings in storage for over 2 years which is longer than I anticipated.
Overall, I have had good experiences with billing, ease of payment, even received advice & assistance from the district manager when I had a customer service issue; it was resolved immediately. The facility is clean, easy to access, secure and modern. I would definitely choose Public storage again for any future storage needs.
Something to keep in mind is if you have your own renters insurance, you do not have to purchase the renters insurance provided by the facility.
Public storage is definitely a leader in the storage facility industry. They even have an access option for you if you lose your key!
There have been many changes with my units over time. I was not pleased with the price increases but do understand that this is an industry that is positioned to increase in cost... Aside from the price increases, I do have to say that I have been pleased with Public Storage. Their management has been helpful, albeit sometimes a little hard to get a hold of live. (There Is a 1-800 number, however, I preferred to deal with the on-site manager instead as it was easier to work through issues.)
The 1-800 number did not note my account properly and it was rather frustrating to deal with their representatives.”
“We are moving from Rochester, NY to Cleveland. They made our day significantly easier when we arrived to unpack. Signing up took little time and they were receptive the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a secure location with a receptive staff”
“This is a late review but I wanted to share it now as I think back to their great customer service. I hired All Service Moving twice — first in 2017 to move my daughter quickly out of a rental home and store her furniture at their facility. And then again in 2019 to pack her stored items into a Pod for her next home in California. Her items in storage were carefully wrapped and were in perfect condition when they were loaded into the Pod. The packing into the pod was correct and her load made it to CA without damage because it was correctly loaded.
This company is a family run enterprise and they treated us and my daughters furniture with great care. They are professional and courteous and nice men and their facility is clean orderly and well run. These guys know what they are doing.
I am going to hire them now to move my elderly mom’s furniture to assisted living.”
“I"ve had a 5x10 unit for two years. Theirs was the best price I could find. My unit has always been dry and no issues with anything (or anyone!) getting into it. I'm in the "way back" of the place. The road back there is not in great shape and I probably wouldn't go there at night, but those aren't dealbreakers for me.The people who work in the office have always been very helpful and friendly to me too!”

“I rented a van from U-Haul. One of the best decisions I every made for my business. I’m an investor with many houses. Renting this van helped me tremendously. I was able to pick up products and deliver to several job sites. In addition, I was able to load the van with all the trash left behind by my contractors instead of paying someone. Icing on the cake, I didn’t have to use my personal SUV putting mile and wear and tear from hauling materials. U-Haul most definitely have my business moving forward.”

“We recently used Weleski Transfer for a move from Cleveland to Miami and they did a fantastic job! Great project coordination from start to finish, and the driver and crew were very professional and efficient. Our move involved special packing for international shipment. Weleski came equipped with all the needed supplies and the finished product was amazing. The moving truck itself was in great condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We feel like our belongings are in great hands! Highly recommended!”

“A great place to do business with. I store a boat there during off season months. They keep the grounds spotless. A friend of mine rents indoor storage and he is very pleased. One drawback was when we had a thunder and lightning and afterwards the gate wouldn’t operate. Just a minor inconvenience. Prices are very reasonable”
