Our child is in Kindergarten now and we not only see how well prepared she was, we have also heard it from her Kindergarten teacher. The classroom prepared her not only with math and reading, but more importantly it taught her how to co-exist in a classroom with other children and how to do the little but important things like stand in line to go outside nicely, treat friends and adults with respect and become more independent. We loved our experience and friends we have made along the way

A good safe place to have your child there. We had few hiccups with some teachers leaving. But overall the experience was very positive. Joe and Chrissy are nice people and they will work with you. They always care to communicate.Our child is finishing pre-k and going into kindergarten this year. We are fortunate that we choose them.

We've been part of the Primrose family for five years and it has exceeded all our expectations. The owners, Joe and Chrissy, are attentive, professional, and always ready to address any concerns or issues that arise. Their willingness to always work with parents in a reasonable and understanding manner truly sets them apart.The staff and teachers at Primrose are top-notch. Our oldest child started when the school first opened, and we were thrilled at how well-prepared he was for kindergarten – not just academically but socially and emotionally as well.The Explorer's summer camp has been an absolute highlight for our older child as well. The multiple weekly field trips and diverse activities have enriched his summer experience and given us, his working parents, a guilt-free summer knowing he’s doing all the fun things we remember doing as kids too! He’s built great friendships, and we can't thank the Primrose staff enough for providing such a fantastic summer program!Our younger child started in the infant room and we've enjoyed becoming part of a community within his class. A bunch of the kids have been together now for years, and it’s been so much fun watching them all become such great friends!Aside from the top-notch education and care, the facility itself is always clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed. Our family feels so fortunate to have found such an incredible place where our children are safe to learn and grow.We wholeheartedly recommend Primrose and feel we can truly excel in our professional careers because we know our kids are so well taken care of. Five stars aren't enough to do justice to the remarkable experience Primrose School of Broadview Heights has provided and continues to provide for our family! We look forward to many more wonderful years ahead :)

We have had our son at Primrose in Broadview. for 3 years, and everyone from Miss Chelsey to Mr Joe have been nothing but helpful,kind, courteous, and accomodating to our requests,and our sons needs. No doughts we will continue to keep him here for years to come

My son attended Primrose for pre K last year and we had an overall great experience. He at the time had Ms Hooper and Ms Becker so I can’t comment on other teachers abilities but those two teachers were wonderful. He had attended a Primrose in Columbus prior to us moving here so we knew we liked the curriculum when we switched to Broadview Hts. I had positive experiences with every staff member I interacted with over the year he attended. My son is also a terrible eater and Ms Patty was a household name last year since her meals were something he actually ate. He has since moved on to kindergarten and I feel he was well prepared academically and socially and is doing extremely well in kindergarten due to the skills he learned at Primrose. On top of the academic skills he learned the friends he made over the year have carried over into kindergarten which has made a huge difference in the transition. Those kids developed a bond that year and he has continued to interact with them now in kindergarten even though many are not in the same classes. I personally believe teachers can make or break a child’s experience and development and we were thankful for the teachers he had last year.

There is no comparing Primrose School of Broadview Heights to a daycare. It is far superior to any other daycare or early childhood school we have visited or had our children enrolled in. The faculty takes great pride in maintaining a modern and very clean facility that children will naturally feel safe and comfortable in. There approach to learning is effective and engaging. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our children start their educational journeys at Primrose.

Primrose of Broadview Heights has been Great for our family! Our oldest son started going to Primrose when they opened a few years ago and we have grown with the Primrose Family. We know have two kids at primrose and we have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is very professional and caring! They did a phenomenal job navigating the pandemic and all of the challenges that has come along with it. All of the teachers really care for the children and show a strong interest in their lives and development. We would recommend to anyone in the area! Thank you to Joe, Chrissy, and all of the Primrose Family for making our experience great!

I could not imagine sending my kids any place else! Primrose of Broadview Heights has been such a wonderful experience for our family since the day our oldest son started! Now all THREE of our boys are enrolled and completely thriving. The care they recieve is unmatched. We have such confidence in the staff and have grown so close to the teachers here. Each of them have such special bonds with our boys and it's evident! The impact they've had on our family has been nothing short of amazing. We see our boys learning and developing new skills consistently. It makes being full-time working parents a little less stressful - we know our boys are going to recieve the best care when we drop them off. The communication is always extremely clear and prompt. We are made aware of any little thing that happens through out the day and following along with our boys through the app brings a peace of mind like none other. I just love all the photos and videos of all the fun things they do in their classrooms. We are so grateful to be a part of the Primrose of BH family and are excited to see the positive impact it continues to have on our kids in the future!

I am exceptionally pleased with Primrose of Broadview Hts. The communication from the leadership team is regular and responsive. We always know if there is an issue, our students need something, or just a fun update. I love seeing the updates regularly on the Procare App (including pictures and videos). It helps me feel connected all day while at work. I also am very impressed with the curriculum. Our little ones (even the infant) is regularly engaged in learning and socializing. Not only will they be well prepared in Kindergarten readiness skills, but their social/emotional learning is also very important at Primrose. I would recommend this school to any parent or grandparent!

We have been with PBH since opening day 2018. We have always felt so supported and a part of thr team at PBH. Our 2 sons have been attending PBH. We very much love the enriching structure of each child's day in their respective classrooms. The cleanliness and Healthcare safety/precautions are superb. Trachers and admin are always willing to work with you to meet the needs of your children. Highly recommend as a safe secure healthy educationally and socially enriching school for young children. Excellent kindergarten prep. We've gotten o know many of thr teachers on staff - every teacher has shown genuine love for each child in thr classroom. It is obvious the teachers truly love and enjoy their work at PBH. Highly recommend this school for young children! Great location in BH. Exactly what the community needs

We started our oldest daughter at Primrose the day they opened, now both of our girls (2 and 5) attend.We took a break when COVID began and returned back to Primrose in fall of 2021. We were a bit hesitant to send them back with everything going on, but we are so glad we did! They are both happy and excited to attend every single day.Our 5 year-old is so excited to learn and share her new knowledge with us. She is also benefiting so much socially- I know she will be well prepared for kindergarten.Our 2 year-old had a more difficult adjustment, but the staff did a wonderful job making her feel welcome and safe. She looks forward to the projects in her room and won't stop talking about her teachers when she comes home.The teachers and front office staff go out of their way to build relationships with the families who attend. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful place for our little ones. Thank you, Primrose!

Primrose of Broadview Heights is an amazing school! We sent our daughter there for 3 years and it truly felt like family. The teachers, staff, administrators and owners are connected to each child and parent. They utilize an app that gives check ins all day long (with pictures!) so we knew how/what our daughter was doing. If we had a question, we received a response within minutes. Ms. Patti makes awesome food for the kids and they release a menu in advance for planning. Another distinction for Primrose is they hire staff AHEAD of needs, so there was never a time when our daughter went without a teacher/caretaker. I think this is especially tough in today's labor shortage! Our daughter is now in grade school, and we are realizing just how organized and efficient Primrose makes the school process. Highly recommend.

We have been thrilled with our experience at Primrose! We started here during the middle of the pandemic (August 2020) and we have been extremely impressed with the administrative staff and all of the teachers. The teachers are extremely caring and compassionate and genuinely enjoy being around children. Our daughter loves it as well and will frequently ask to see her teachers and play circle time-- even on the weekends! The administrative staff seem to go above and beyond to listen and communicate with parents. We have been here for a year now and I know we will be here for many more to come! Thank you for creating such a wonderful and nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow!

So happy we found Primrose for our daughter. We were anxious letting her go to daycare after 5 months together, but the staff and atmosphere has always been friendly, clean, secure and welcoming. The little one gets so excited to see her teachers and we love the app and all the photo and text updates throughout the day. Primrose has been consistent and reliable. My wife and I would recommend it (and we have to other new/expecting parents).

Our daughter started at Primrose School (Broadview Heights) April 2021 at 6 months old. From Day 1, she has been thriving! Her teachers provide the best care, compassion, and nurturing we could ask for as first-time parents. The thought of daycare was nerve-wracking, but after meeting the staff and seeing how incredible the facilities and curriculum are, our minds are always at ease. Our daughter is SO happy every day getting into the car on the way to school, as well as end of day pick-up. This school truly is a blessing to our family and we look forward to our daughter’s journey with Primrose over the next few years. We can’t recommend this school enough!
