“Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?”
“Kylie in Customer service was so super sweet. I live on a minimum budget right now and my drink was the wrong price. She tried helping me but for some reason it wasn't working in the computer. So she graciously passed it forward to hurry up the line. And to probably get me out of the store...”

“Arielle and Dom are so helpful with filling my family’s prescriptions and answering our questions. It’s so nice to walk up to the counter and be greeted by name. Personalized customer service is not easy to find these days, but this staff does a great job with it!”
