I have been with Apple Hill for decades with three dogs now and I would not trust anyone else with the care of my pets. Just recently I lost my beloved Zoie (dog) , and Dr Grossman was right there with us until the end, with overwhelming love and support. I can't say enough about how grateful I was for that.

8130 Broadview Rd, Broadview HeightsGot take out for some friends that were visiting; this was my first time ever eating here. It was *spectacular*. The food is exceptionally fresh and well seasoned; even the side of black beans, which sometimes taste straight from a can in most places, was perfectly and carefully seasoned and absolutely delicious. I am a huge fan of mofongo, and they have some interesting takes on it ("trifongo") and they were all delicious and MOIST! A lot of mofongo just gets really dry at other Caribbean places. This was the best I've had outside the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Every kind of meat was also juicy and perfectly seasoned (we got the butter chicken, Dominican chicken, and roasted pork). I also got a sample of all their different kinds of empanadas; these are the kind that I LOVE, that are fried and not at all dry. Again, each kind deliciously well-seasoned. In addition to the food being fantastic, the service was great. The person who helped us was super friendly and cheerful and paid close attention to detail on a large to-go order, ensuring everything we ordered was correct. Although we took it to-go, while we waited for our order (which was very fast! But I live 5 minutes away so we were there early) we got to check out the ambiance of the place. It's bright and lively and very clean. Looks like a great place to sit at a bar with some good drinks so I'll be sure to try this soon.
