Expired ranch. Young clerks that don't care. Rude clerks. One lady was straighting about 1 minute after closing. I needed to grab 1 item and she kept telling me they were closed. I acknowledged but informed her that I was grabbing 1 specific items for my 2.5 year old. It took longer for her to come at me verse saying okay I'm here if you need anything even me to remind you where the item she wanted was. I had enough of her rudeness so I asked her if she was still getting paid by me being about 1 or 2 minutes past closing. She stopped and felt silly for coming after me.
Be kind! Welcome guests! I'm a paying customer and you are a paid employee!
Hire older adults who care and need to work. I worked 30 minutes after my shirt today because I work in a call center and was helping a customer.
Worth it to hire better staff. Manage with the pony tail was also obnoxious.

Man at the deli counter very unprofessional sitting in a chair on his cell phone while I stood there waiting finally looks over at me never gets up and says do you need something now I was at the counter! I told him I wanted the turkey that was on sale he cut it tossed it on top the counter and walked away never said two words I called him back and said I wasn't done yet he never even talked to me I told him my second item he sliced it and tossed it on top the counter and walked away I really hope a manager sees this!

Kylie in Customer service was so super sweet. I live on a minimum budget right now and my drink was the wrong price. She tried helping me but for some reason it wasn't working in the computer. So she graciously passed it forward to hurry up the line. And to probably get me out of the store...

This seems like a good store to me. They had a great sale on fruit when I was there; 5 packs of strawberries for $10 and 5 packs of blackberries for $10. That is great for big families. The store was organized and clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We had questions for 2 employees and they both were polite and helpful and the knew where things were in the store.

Heard Amanda a manager yelling at a cashier over a coffee cup under a register but nobody else walking by I saw multiple cups under multiple registers to yell at a cashier in front of customers isn't management material if I was the employee I'd be filling a complaint as well as contacting an individual for legal advice.

I moved to the area from Philly and love Marc's! It's like a grocery store and a Dollar General combined. The only downside is Marc's tends to have the least amount of cashiers out of the other grocery chains.

I can see why they're losing business to Meijer. If you chose Marc's be prepared for the wait with only 1 line open its not convenient and a waste of your time. Go to Meijer at least they have self checkout options.
