Arielle and Dom are so helpful with filling my family’s prescriptions and answering our questions. It’s so nice to walk up to the counter and be greeted by name. Personalized customer service is not easy to find these days, but this staff does a great job with it!

This used to be one of the best Marc's around. What ever happened to greeting the customer? What ever happened to saying, "Thank you, have a nice day." Maybe it's the lack of quality candidates in the selection pool? I just don't get it.

Interested in saving $$$ by using THE Marcs digital coupon program at Marc's Broadview? Do no bother....I've tried twice ...the digital program may work st other stores....but it doesn't here...

We quit shopping here. Lazy, young cashiers just shove the groceries down and expect the customers to pack their own. In the past the store manager or their customer service in Cleveland would respond and try and address the issue of employees not doing their jobs. What is amazing is the one employee with the handicapped arm and the older nice lady with the wrist issues pack faster than the younger cashiers. I sprained my wrist trying to wrestle a gallon milk container into the cart from where they put the milk. A nearby lead person looked over when I hurt myself but neither she nor any of her lazy employees cared. Perhaps I should have gone to the hospital and sued Marcs for medical bills? I should have, considering my wrist is still in pain. I left this following complaint on their site on 8-2-20 and no one from Marcs management has replied back to date. Good riddance ... we're going to ALDIs. "Once again seniors packing their own bags. Young packer pushed the heavy gallon milk container over so far that I sprained my right arm picking it up. This has been an ongoing issue and all we get is the broken record ... "retraining"."

I am a senior citizen and I deserve better than what I experienced at the Broadview Road Marc's on December 31, 2020. After shopping, I was being checked out by the young kid with the 'unusual' eyes (I don't mean to be mean, but that's the only distinguishable feature, since I couldn't see the rest of his face and I didn't notice a name tag). I had purchased, what turned out to be 10-12 bags of groceries when I was done. All bags were sitting on the counter (NOT in my cart), and the rude employee started cashing out the NEXT person in line! My groceries were still on the table!!! Then, in a rush to get my bags into my cart, I was getting out of breath and dizzy because I couldn't breathe, so I adjusted my mask to under my nose as I was continuing to load my groceries into my cart. The employee was already cashing out the next person in line, but stopped to yell at me (and drew so much attention and embarrassment to me), because he was more worried about my mask not covering my nose and completely ignored the fact that I was trying like MAD to load my groceries into my cart. It was a horrible experience. I spoke with the Manager, who was very nice, but I wanted to be sure I shared this with everyone.

I actually don't mind the store but I do have a huge problem with manager Dalia. I have never encountered someone so incredibly rude to not only customers but the workers as well. I have witnessed her belittle and humiliate her employees right in front of customers and yell at and argue with customers. The unprofessionalism allowed at this business is appalling and I will not go back until management changes.

Good deals on most items but the store itself is filthy. Ceilings leak all over the store!! Also what is with the hideous yellow walls. I feel like I time traveled back to 1980. Clean the store up a bit and Id be more likely to come back!!

One of the slowest deli counters I've ever seen. It's nothing to wait 15 minutes for service and heaven forbid you have a large order. Not uncommon for any Marc's location though.

Its a wonderful store employees are very helpful and friendly especially Judy and Joann at the customer service and a cashier named cindy absolutely wonderful.

This Marc's continues to go down hill. The service is awful. They have 2 people working the registers and 1 person working the front register dealing with a 1 hour transaction, and the express lane is closed. 5 other workers are goofing off while I'm waiting over 30 minutes to buy 6 items with cash. Horrible staff, they should all be fired.
