I have been getting pedicure here for years but today was the last time. The tech was distracted, not paying attention at all, sanding down my feet like I was a piece of drywall. My heel has no skin and is bleeding. They moved my toes into painful positions that weren't even possible. There was no concern for my comfort. Just watching the door to yell out to whomever walked in for service. This is the second time I've left bleeding from a pedicure so I'm officially done.

Tammy did a great job with my nails! She was fast and very skilled. I got a French manicure using the dipping powder and it was amazing how perfect my nails look! The place was not as clean as I prefer so I don't know if I'll go back. But it was easy to schedule an appointment and the cost was fair.

Horrible...stay away...call them on the phone and the give you a price. When they do the job they charge you 1and a half times what they told you on the phone and then add an 8% "service tax". ....I would have left 0 stars but this site made me leave a star. Hope they go out of business.

I have been going here on and off for several years and you won't find a cleaner, more professional, and relaxing atmosphere to treat yourself than Le Nails on Broadview Rd. Tammy did my pedicure, and she was great. I had the signature pedi, and my nails look fabulous, plus her attention to detail is very hard to find these days. Can't say enough positive words about this establishment.

Horrible...stay away....they quote a price on the phone and then charge you one and a half times what they quoted you plus an 8% "service tax". I only left 1 star because it would not let me leave 0 stars.

I would not go back here again. They charged me $80.00 for a full set. I didn't ask for anything crazy. It took two hours for my nails I have never experienced that. The most time I've ever had someone do them was 45 mins to an hour. I felt they took advantage of me because it was my 1st time there. I tried to ask about pricing wouldn't/couldn't answer the questions I was asking. I should have walked away as soon as that happened. Lesson learned it's just unfortunate.

Dirty, rude and sloppy work. They need to learn to appreciated every customer who walks through their doors. I went here off and on for several years because they were convenient. Every time I went back I remembered why I stopped going here. Go somewhere else, there are much cleaner, professional salons out there.

I've been going to le nails for a while, then had to stop going (I was outta work for a while), when I came back I brought a party of 7 for my wedding for pedis and manis all different ages and everyone loved their nails after. They also remembered my drink of choice even after not being there for like 2 years.

Yeah I'm not a fan of this place ladies are very rude. Course the one I got was also a little tipsy because of the open bar you guys have in there apparently. Unfortunately just so unprofessional I don't recommend going to this place there are a lot of better and cheaper places around.
