I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have witnessed the horror stories about being taken advantage of - you will get 180 degrees from that experience at Lastoria and Adam is truly honest and genuinely looks out for their customers. We have gone to Lastoria for some of our prior repairs with good results but his handling of an issue on our 2007 Tacoma stood out as exemplary. We had one of those potential issues where Adam could have taken the low road and gotten a nice payday over $1k and instead he talked me through options ultimately recommending we do nothing - he did the rare thing of taking the high road. All of our vehicles will be taken to Lastoria going forward and our friends and neighbors will hear about this fantastic shop that does great work and is HONEST.

I've been going to Lastoria's for years, ranging from oil changes to bigger repairs. Lastoria's saved my car years ago when my water pump went out in the middle of a snow storm. At that point, I had nothing negative to say about the business. Sadly, I've noticed service has gone downhill over the past few years. They've become increasingly disorganized and lacking communication skills. Most recently, I called to schedule an appointment to have my car repaired. During the call, I informed them of my name and contact information, the make and model of my car, and the reason for the repair. I dropped my car off for the repair and called back a day and a half after to check on the status. To my surprise, they told me "We don't even know why your car is here. And we couldn't call you because we don't have your phone number" and went on to put the blame on me as to why they didn't have my information. I picked up my car and won't be returning. Lack of accountability and unprofessionalism is strike 1, 2, and 3 for me.

Moved to the area recently and was in need of a mechanic to look at my van (check engine light). I read these reviews and then heard someone mention Lastoria’s as a good place to go. We called two places to see about when we could get our van in. One place was 4 days out. Lastoria’s was able to look at the van the next day. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and super nice when we dropped off/picked up the next day. The fix was quick (dropped off first thing in morning and ready 3 hours later) and fairly priced (I’m no expert though).I will be going back to Lastoria’s for my future car needs! Thanks!

Brought my work truck in for new tires and some various repairs. Excellent service. Adam had my truck finished quickly. Explained everything and was very professional. Will return again with my personal vehicles.
