Very poor experience. I brought my 15 year old there to open her first account with her money from her first job. I told my daughter it's a exciting experience and they will go over everything it was the complete opposite. No words were really spoken during it. We were told to sign something without explanation, failed to even explain to her how banks or her account works. I brought her in for the experience and knowledge from the banking experts. She wasn't even told what or where to find her account number or how to deposit or withdraw money NOTHING!!! Not even congratulations on opening your first account. I would blast there name but I won't! Well you are losing 3 customers over this poor experience.

Check your deposit receipts carefully and immediately! I went into the car line to deposit a check. I put in my driver’s license with the check and asked the teller to deposit it into my primary checking. I told her the last four of my account number, and she repeated them back to me. When I got the receipt and looked, it was a different last 4, so I assumed she accidentally put it into my savings. I wanted to double check, so parked and logged in to my online account to check the numbers. No account with those last four. Went in, and there was a long line. When I got to a teller, he confirmed my check had been deposited into the wrong person’s account, but that since more than 10 minutes had passed, they couldn’t reverse it. I now have to wait an extra week for my pay because of their mistake. It was not my fault that it took more than 10 minutes to park, check my account numbers online and wait in a huge line. I no longer trust this bank. What good did giving her my driver’s license do if she didn’t even use it to verify that I was getting the deposit? My account numbers are not even close to the one she deposited my check into.

I needed to make an appointment to speak with a banker. Tried calling this branch for a number of days in a row and all I ever got was a recording during bank hours. Left two messages and no one ever returned my call. Ended up having to go to a branch 10 miles away that answers their phones during business hours.

Such a nice staff. I dealt with the manager and Corey, both were great. While I waited, only 2 minutes, the rest of the staff behind the counter seemed very pleasant to other customers.

I used the ATM here, The machine took my money and told me to call the provider. I did that and ever since then my account has not worked since. Every time you try to call customer support you get someone that you can't understand. I love all people but I need someone who can understand the issue so that it can be fixed. Huntington in general Has just turned into a c***** bank I'm working on getting switched to a better bank so I can be more happy. This bank has messed up everything in my life. Which is dad cause I do pay evetything

Look no further for your banking needs than our local Broadview Heights Huntington Bank Branch. Jesse and his team will make sure you leave with all of your questions and needs handled. Even when a problem occurred with a check I had purchases at the branch, they reassured me that they would make sure everything is worked out, and they did. Thank you for making banking easy.

I opened a new car loan five years ago with Huntington Bank. Some payments were made online and some payments made at this branch location. The drive thru has a video monitor so that you and the teller can see each other. Inside, the branch location is clean and organized. Service was mostly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I’ve had at this branch was long wait times. This was an issue before the pandemic. I like the banks products and the reps who work here, though my suggestion is plan accordingly and get here as early as possible to avoid long wait times.
