I brought my Lexus hybrid in for diagnostic. Jared tested the 12V and the hybrid batteries and systems. He interpreted codes, topped off fluids and offered excellent guidance. I would have been happy to pay for the but he thanked me and in addition to some suggestions just asked that I call him back when the batteries are ready for replacement. I couldn't be happier with the service and will be back.

Everything went very well working with customer service on the phone and later with the local staff in Cleveland area (Jared). Battery arrived the day they said it would and was installed quickly, with care at our home. Car started and he checked all the computer codes and ran the vehicle to be sure before leaving. The replacement battery extended the useful life of our Ford Escape, which is what we need right now.

I purchased new battery for my 2012 Prius from Greentec. I chose the one with new cells, and a mobile install. My car's hybrid drive works like new. The technician that did the install was great. He checked my old battery first, then explained each step of the process. He was in and out in an hour. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will reccomend Greentec to my freinds and co-workers.

Order my Battery through Tyler who explained everything with specific detail. Questions ask, questioned answered. Reminded me of the old days of customer service. Tyler certainly knew is products. I trusted him so much, I gave him our secret bbq sauce recipe. Not kidding!
Now, there’s this young fella named Jared from the Cleveland office. He’’ going to be the install man. No, I didn’t hold it again because he was from Cleveland. He called me which seemed like minutes after talking to Tyler. We discussed an install date which he arrived promptly to. This young man traveled 3 hour to my residence so I ask him, Did you eat lunch? He said he hadn’t. Well, today is your lucky day. I’m about to slap some burgers on the charcoal’s. He was done before the ?’s. Great Job !

If I could give six stars I would. Jared is an extremely honest and competent worker. I was sure the battery was bad in my Honda Insight. It turned out to be a much less expensive problem. I could have easily been taken advantage of but was not. Jared worked fast and efficiently. I can not recommend GreenTec enough. A+++++

Jared from Greentec came to my house and installed a replacement battery into my prius for more than half the price the dealership was charging! Also came with a warranty. Jared was knowledgable, punctual and respectful. Couldnt be happier with the service if you are on the fence just do it!

Simply put, I am overjoyed at the new battery's performance. The battery can discharge to zero before the engine comes on, I am getting 11+ kwh instead of less than 9. Electric range has gone from 26 to 38 miles. My 39 mile round trip to work and home gets 250+ MPG instead of less than 70 MPG. Acceleration, regeneration and battery capacity all perform like new. If your Volt or ELR needs a new battery, call Greentec!

Love the commitment of this company, and Jared is absolutely the best! When I showed up two hours early, he got me right in! The next day when the battery failed (rare occasion), he took care of me again, with the sweetest attention. I would highly recommend!

Easy process. I called Tuesday afternoon with various questions and had my battery ordered in 10-15 minutes. Ian was helpful and polite. Jared called later and scheduled my mobile install for two days later. He drove over two hours one way to install the new battery while I was at work. He was very professional and polite. I think their prices are extremely reasonable (I went with the new battery). While I had a pleasant experience, I am hoping I don't need to use the warranty; although, I am appreciative it came with one.

Jared Jones from Greentec was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt and quickly and efficiently installed my replacement hybrid battery in my Prius. I had my car at a dealership for 6 months waiting for a hybrid battery so we called green tec and Jared J. Fixed up my car and has it working better then ever in less than two weeks. Much appreciate the great customer service from Jared he was super polite and was very informative of what I should expect to improve from the last battery.

Ian with GreenTec steered me in the right direction. He made my purchase experience a memorable one with his insight and the information he provided when asked. He sold me the battery, set up an appointment for a week later, no hang-ups or hold-ups. All went smooth and according to schedule. The installer, Jared, who I believe is also a “hybrid Specialist” came out to my place, which was several hours for him. He had everything he needed. He was prompt, polite, informative, patient and above all, respectful. A very, very nice young man. The job was quick, easy, and I learned a few things along the way, all while plying 20 questions with Jared, who didn’t even blink. He took it all in stride and made this a 5+STAR experience for my wife and myself!!!! That job honestly could not have gone smoother. I have the highest praise for Jared. His faith in the batteries he installs shows in his words and actions and job performance. Best Wishes Jared!!! It was an honor and a pleasure to have met you! Thank-You GreenTec!!!!
