The experience was awful. There was a white lady and a black lady at the checkout. I got myself an Amazon gift card for $45. Once I came to use the gift card. It had no money on it. I have the receipt and the credit card I used to buy the gift card, and still no refund so I basically lost $45. Also the customer service was terrible. They were doubting me and acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. In conclusion I do not recommend going to this location or any at all.

Me and my family recently went into the store and a few members of the family had to use the restroom and when they entered the men’s room an employee named scott was in the stall for over 30 mins.

Absolutely the BEST service! Their team members service is super prompt, professional and nice. I have had Brittany and Amanda as the shoppers who communicate quickly when they are out of an item and Dominic has been wonderful in bringing out the groceries. I continue to order pick up from their location because of the positive experiences they have given me. Thanks again! :)

It was my first time going to try and go get the frame I got rung up in a meat department line Forethink bubbles and $30 of cash back. The lady said that she couldn’t give me cash back because her cat or cash register don’t doesn’t allow her to give out money. I understand it but it was took it out of my bank. Her name was Ella Isabella she was sweet but still I want my money. I am still waiting on my money to be returned to me because they didn’t give me the full amount. They failed to call me back this is taking so long.

My husband and I are very upset that GE (Rt 82 & I-77) closes their self-checkout at 8 pm!! We always shop after 8, and now have to wait in long lines every time we go! Open the self-checkout back up and we will come back!! In the meantime, Meijer leaves their self-checkouts open at night.

I've complained to the managers numerous of times about one of their workers smoking cigarettes near the front entrance of the store, since summer of 2022. But, the problem still remains to this day, March 2024 -same worker.Their smoking section, for their workers is far off to the left, at the very corner of the store. Far from the entrance with benches. But, this certain Giant eagle worker does not smoke where he is supposed to and the managers don't enforce the rules even though they have cameras. There's a no smoking sign where he smokes by the front entrance. But, he doesn't care.It's a shame customers have to get hit with this workers cigarette smoke entering and leaving the store because the managers don't enforce the rules.Please enforce the rules and have him smoke in the smoking section that is far from the front entrance.

I usually like to shop for my gluten-free goods like bread?, snacks, pasta? etc from here. They also have good quality raw chicken?, steak?, veggies ?? ? and fruits?????? here. I also like that they have a variety of snacks like chips, cookies ?etc.
