My daughter just got a sheet cake for my grandson's 1st birthday party. What a joke. Maybe an inch thick, and the ugliest cake I've ever seen. Looks like a third grade class decorated it. So disappointed.

I like shopping here. Has everything I need. Marc's and Heinen's sometimes have better lunch food and it's closer to the front of the store. A lot of lines get full at certain times but overall service is good.

Dirty store with empty boxes and stock carts all over the aisles. Completed my shopping and went to self check out. Only one out of the eight items on sale registered as on sale. When we alerted the clerk, she took one out of every item on sale and asked that we wait till she toured the store in search of the items to find the sale sign and gather information from it. Well, it's a good thing this representative had a cart with her because God help this poor older woman, I don't think she'd be able to walk to the back of the store without assistance. So, after 35 minutes of shopping we weren't prepared to wait for her to complete her tour and we're relegated to cancel our order and are now on our way to Meijer to start over and hope for a better experience. If you're heading to this Giant Eagle.....good luck!

Stopped in quickly to buy some gift cards and got Starbucks also! The cashier was a teenager who didn't know how to print separate activation receipts for my gift cards. He also seemed irritated that I asked. The Starbucks was all wrong but I can't hold that against GE!

Came to the deli today to pick up lunch meat for a party tomorrow. Also a bakery order. The bakery was open but when I asked the deli worker if she could get me my meat and cheeses I needed she said no they were closed. It was 4 o’clock in the afternoon and the sign said they were open until six. When I asked when they would reopen assuming she was on a break, she said when we get employees someday. I wouldn’t trust any of the lunchmeat or deli meats there since they never seem to be open and it probably sits around.

I was at the Broadview Heights Giant Eagle recently and I was impressed. Shelves were stocked, everything was clean and employees helpful. Thanks!

Food was very good but an extra side of beans were served not very warm. Other than that the meal was very good. We also sat outside in front of the restuarant. Sun was a little rough on the eyes.

I love this store and especially their Curb Side Service. I have been utilizing this service since Feb of 2020 and have had nothing but great service even on the busiest of times with the Covid virus. Granted there may have been a few full days and a slight wait once there for pick up but overall it's a great store and service. People just need to be a little more understanding in the precarious times we are living in. We are blessed to have a service like this and the employees who are out there trying to accommodate all of us. I commend the people on the phone, the ones who shop for our orders and the ones who load our cars. "THANK YOU ALL!!"

DO NOT CURBSIDE HERE. They will leave you waiting out there FOREVER. I got here to pick up my curbside at 6:30 pm and call. Waiting. Waiting. I call back at 7:10 to ask where the heck my order is, and they tell me I never called. Yes I did. ???ANOTHER 10 minutes go by. I call again. They tell me they had no idea I ever called. What is going on here?! Other giant eagles have it together so much better. Don't order from here.

Want to wait in line at least 15 minutes to pay for your groceries? This is your spot. Too many self scanners, too few that work, too few cashiers. Won't shop here again.

I didn't do much grocery shopping here, however I stopped in for 2 items before I had to get down the street for a work lunch. I was already pressed for time and there was a gentleman trying to get me to talk with him. He had a table with some stuff on it so he was either selling something or asking for donations. I apologized and told him I'm sorry but I didn't have time today. After I checked out, he came out from the counter towards me trying to convince me to stop and talk( he didn't do this to anyone else). It's was super frustrating and I probably gave him attitude but it was just something I wasn't prepared to deal with while trying to hurry in and out. I'm giving 3 stars because giant eagle had what I needed and it was convenient.

Aisles are too long making it difficult to find items; checkout lines always long and not supervised to add cashiers when needed; Giant Eagle card requirement at checkout is a giant pain!

Don't shop here if you are in a hurry!! 8 people in line at the deli - one person working!! Asked manager to find help, no one came. What has happened to customer service???
