Mike is awesome! We booked my sons Ninja Warrior Birthday party here and it was a hit! Everyone had a great time and Coach Mike was so great with the kids! Highly recommend his gym and birthday parties! Thank you!

Love working out with coach Holly! She motivates me to work harder which is a difficult task at 6:30 AM. I've never had a bad experience with any of the coaches that I've trained with at FOL

FOL has been wonderful for our whole family. From the kids Ninja Warrior class with Mike, kickboxing with Jake, cardio classes with Holly and personal training with Mike and Andrew, our family has enjoyed focusing on overall fitness. Can not recommend this gym more! Thanks for helping my family stay healthy!
