Fuerst is a great auto shop. We’ve had both our cars here for oil changes, transmission fluid, brake fluid, new tires, wheel replacement, and alignment. They also have a software to see the previous work you’ve had done by them, which saved me money when I had a Honda code for brake fluid I had installed just 6 month earlier. Rick is their front office guy and is super-easy to work with, keeping me up-to-date throughout the day so I know when my car will be done to pick up. I wish I found them earlier. Thank you!

I took my 2010 Toyota RAV4 for alignment. When I received back it had a terrible shake coming from rear. They informed it needed new driveshaft. It would cost around $1,100.00 to fix.She never had that problem until after they performed the alignment.

The store manager wouldn’t do an E-check at this establishment because he was unsure of where the catalytic converter was located. I pointed it out and instead of checking with me, he told, very rudely, to go to another location cause HE didn’t feel comfortable doing the inspection. You’re an auto mechanic business and can’t find the catalytic converter? Won’t be bringing my other vehicle back here to get serviced anymore. The rudeness was so incredibly unnecessary.
