Highly regret changing to this bank. Had multiple issues with charges on my account. I called the branch and explained what was happening at least 5 times and the woman kept ignoring what I was telling her. I told her my old bank this didn't happen and I told her I felt like going back to my old bank and she said go ahead go! I'm leaving fift third. What a joke

I have been with 5th 3rd a long time now and I use alot of there branches here in this area and also in the Sandusky area too. They are friendly and courtesy. They are always willing to help in whatever way possible.

We've been banking here for years and have always been taken care of. Patricia and Andy have always had our best interests at heart and have helped with some pretty challenging times. Will stay with fifth thirds over any local bank for the foreseeable future.

I agree with GiGi. This (IS) a terrible bank. The Manager can care less, and the staff is no better. My honest opinion is they don't want to lift a finger for you

This bank is awful and the bank manager is horrid. I’m 9 months pregnant and work at a neighboring store. I was instructed by my employer to go to the bank to get change. It was a nice day and I decided to walk. I was refused change because apparently my company doesn’t bank with them and I didn’t have an acct with them. But I could open an account with them to make change. Which is exactly what I wasn’t going to do. I got a whole talk about bank fees, charging customers and blah blah. I became extremely irritated because I’m 9 months pregnant, walked over to get change and now I had to walk further to get change from another bank. I literally needed 40.00 in fives. That’s it. We aren’t talking hundreds here. Don’t recommend this bank at all whatsoever. Don’t recommend the bank manager ( the brunette with the glasses ). A little compassion goes a long way. If I could give zero stars based on this interaction then I would

This bank has some pretty rude people working there. If it wasn't bad enough that Fifth Third has been busted for opening up false accounts and credit cards under thier customers names and social security numbers (money laundering?) they have to be rude on top of it. I think everyone there needs to take some Motrin. The male teller with long hair is always nice but these women are a joke. I feel sorry for him. Just a bunch of low level henchmen.

I stopped in to have a couple of forms notarized. The teller was very polite and informed me that I would need to wait until one of the bankers became available (both were busy). After a couple of minutes, a banker grabbed me from the lobby and took care of the notarization. He was very nice and worked quickly. Overall, great experience.

Well I walked in no greeting from the tellers who weren't busy at the time. And fill out a withdrawal form walked into line . Then got called over still no greeting our how are you ,which is fine if I'm at the bmv our a sporting event. Then got rejected to transfer money into my daughter's account whice she is 9 years old. Whice is fine but I felt like the teller enjoyed telling me that for some reason. So did the rest of my banking and walked away as if a tee was doing there job. Get a different job if you dont like working for the bank.

Came in today to just get a rent check, clerk was very nice and attentive, she let me know that my savings account turned into a checking account and advised that I open a new checking account to avoid paying fees every month. I sat down with Bridget and she was awesome! She helped me make a new checking account, also showed me how to nickname my different account so I could rename my checking account "Savings" so I could keep track of what account is which. I had no idea I could do that so I am very happy she showed me and educated me on the things I could control and do on the website. She also set me up for Early Access and had no problem explaining to me in detail what it all entails. She was awesome and I had a great customer experience!
