One of the best experiences ever. Such friendly staff, kept making sure that my grandma and I loved our nails. Ha Vu did amazing with my grandma's gel, and I can't remember my ladies name but she made my acrylics so nice. Definitely will back. I used to go there in the past and loved it too, glad.I came back.

If I wouldve rated this place three years ago it would've been five stars. I came in recently and it's the second time I've left there and gone straight to the store to get a nail file and completely redo my nails. For $80 Complete waste of money. On top of that, last time I came in and got a fill I got charged to " re-shape" my nails even though it was the exact same shape I had....I had told the person I didn't like how they did the shape last time I was in (almond) and asked him to fix it and he actually charged me for it. Insane. This used to be my regular nail place for years so I keep trying to give them a chance, but I just can't come here anymore

This was my first time coming here and I will be back! They really do pay attention to detail and make sure that you’re pleased with the experience. I know some places they won’t bother double checking, but not here! I also came in with a broken nail from my precious dip manicure. I got it hooked on something at work and cracked through the middle of my nail bed and they were able to superglue it together so it didn’t get worse. They’re so nice and I love how it’s walking distance from home!

They are my go to and typically do a good job. The owner is very welcoming and nice. However, I forgot that they can't keep an appointment, and was reminded of that today. Unless you have an appointment first thing in the morning, expect to wait at least 15-20 mins, which I now expect. Although today, after waiting for 10 minutes, I was asked to come back in 45 minutes. That's not a little behind, that's an entire appointment. That's prioritizing walk-ins over appointments. This was not the first time it's happened. Keeping appointments is not difficult and I understand things happen, and that's why calling the client before they come in and letting them know you need to bump them an hour or reschedule is a kinder way to go.

Was super rushed and honestly didn't clean up my nails after she was finished at all. Subpar job. I've been a few times and keep giving this place another chance but I've never had a good experience overall.

My busy weekend ended up getting a lot easier, so I had last minute time to pamper my WAY overdue toes and fingers. There is just something about this place--from the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly. I got my pedicure first and I guess when I was getting my manicure my feet didn't stay still. One of the ladies noticed and just laughed and fixed up my messed up nail. There was another woman there for the first time, getting nails done for a family wedding. She asked a million questions and they were so patient and helpful. Oh, and I ended up getting a CHROME finish on my fingernails. TRY IT. So trendy and fun--I've gotten a ton of compliments.

I have never been happier with my nails! They have been here for years and have been doing my nails for a long time. I have never had problems with the place although it takes a little longer than normal but they do them right. I would definitely recommend this place if your going to get your nails done right!

Always, always, always a great experience… I have hammer toes, and I have to give instructions each time I have a pedicure - it’s uncomfortable, but they know me, and ease my anxiety every time! Super professional with great prices. Love my girl Hannah, she’s quick, smart and refreshing delight!
