I was just at the pharmacy. I work at parma hospital but have been out on medical leave. I went to get a flu vaccine, I arrived around 5:50 filled out the paperwork immediately and waited until 6:35. I was the only person getting a flu shot. I finally left, they were not busy what gives with that?

The pharmacy service here is awful. I picked up my prescriptions around a month ago leading the mix up i’m dealing with now. A month ago two item had their stickers swapped and a bottle of tablets were not filled correctly. When I called this week to refill and rectify everything the pharmacy did not know what to do. It’s taken three trips and around 4 phone calls. Apparently they didn’t have a full supply of the tablets i needed to they just gave me what they had in stock, didn’t tell me or make any notes on my chart for their reference. When i called i had to contact customer service because the pharmacy line is fully automated and they needed to transfer me to a person. I told the pharmacy about the sticker swap so they would be able to fill the correct item when i came and they still filled the wrong item. I was also told i could get my money refunded since they gave me the wrong thing and now im being told i cannot get a refund. I switched from CVS to drug mart to save some money but the hassle might not be worth it. I’m willing to pay more money at CVS to save the headache that is this place.

There were so many objects in the isleways that I kept tripping on stuff. The employees were less than friendly, which is sad. I live in NY now and we are the ones who are allegedly unfriendly. The signs for the Buy 3 for $12 on Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew was marked by the 16.9 Oz bottles, NOT the 8 packs that it was meant for. So I was pretty disappointed when I had to pay almost double what I thought I was going to pay.

Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?

I like Drug Mart so I wanted to check out this location since I was nearby. When used the bathroom, I noticed it was very clean. Store was big, nicely laid out and clean also. As I went to check out 1 clerk lmk she was closing to use front register. Only problem was customer checking out literally had whole cart of groceries and I had 3things. Normally Im not in hurry but I didn't have time to wait extra 10mins. Unfortunately left items and left. Several ppl also behind me were agitated that 1st cashier wasn't able take anymore ppl bc most of us had cpl items..

I needed a prescription for an antifungal ear drop. Per Discount Drug Mart, my prescription plan did not cover this standard ear drop. The price for 1/2 ounce was over 30.00. I asked if they would put it thru Good RX website SINCE I saw I could get it there for about 16.00 dollars give or take a few cents. I was told they could not honor the good RX price (even though they r listed on the Goodrx website, since it would cost them money. They refused to honor the lower GoodRX PRICE. .Since I waited AN ADDITIONAL 24 hrs to get this script, my ear was not treated during this period because they claimed it was not in stock. AND MY EAR WAS HURTING. They would not honor the GOOD RX price of about 16.00 +/- and charged me 27.00 dollars. Had I of known of the shady game played, I could oFwent to Walmart or Amazon for 1/2 the price. SHAME ON U DISCOUNT DRUG MART. I am a senior and u looked to take financial advantage of me. BOTTOM LINE: Do not sign an arrangement with Good Rx IF YOU R NOT GOING TO HONOR IT.SHAME ON YOU. And, I later found out the strength of my prescription antifungal ear drop is available over the counter. Double shame on you.
