We worked with Contract Source on a large project in an academic library. They provide prompt and courteous service, and their technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. We had chair part fail after about 1 year (seemed to be a defect with the metal), and they replaced it with no questions asked. I look forward to working with them in the future.
