We have a service contract on our copier. We don't have a number to call or someone to contact. Any phone number we have doesn't work or you get cut off. Terrible service.

I don't understand how this company is still functioning in business. The service is HORRIBLE! They never respond to calls, they tell us we have to pay for supplies that's supposed to be included in our contract, they NEVER have any supplies available on hand...it's WEEKS in waiting on backorder. our specific reps never returns emails, anytime time you call no one knows anything...literally. And the guy they sent to our office also knew nothing and said he'd have to talk to his manager, and was completely rude when he was here. They literally do less than nothing. Do NOT waste your time with this "company"....it's a waste of money, time, and energy.

Empty promises, and it's obvious they do not care about your business. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Just terrible all around.

We have leased printer from ComDoc. Printer down, no supplies and one answer phone calls. We need to switch back to Ricoh or Canon, someone with support.

They are so disconnected from their customers it's not even funny. If something goes wrong, do not expect a 'manager' to do anything. What a terrible experience.

I hate having to do this... giving a bad review. But I made a phone call (A PHONE CALL!) to the service department because I have (STILL HAVE) a black smear on my copies. called to find out if it was worth a repair or get a new one. I was never walked through with troubleshoot or anything. I got a bill for $129.00 . Not only was my problem not fixed or offered to be fixed over the phone, I got a bill for my phone call!!! RIDICULOUS!

We just installed The Xerox C-60 and four other copiers. Nothing but the best regarding followup. Had a few glitches during install that were resolved immediately and everything working beautifully since. We are very pleased and in our opinion....they deserve 5 stars.

First, let me say this is the first bad review I can remember ever posting about a company. I hate to do it, because it affects peoples lives and usually bad reviews are written without looking at the big picture. Through my business, I work with a lot of different vendors and I have more headaches with ComDoc then all of them combined. I have had an ongoing problem where one of my machines continues to fail. It has cost me business. I asked for a meeting to get out of my contract, because it keeps happening and I keep getting the same song and dance. I met with one of the managers 3 weeks ago and he assured me he would come up with a solution. I continue to have problems, have emailed my acct rep and while she responds, I have received no answers on a solution from the mgr. Would think we would get a replacement or an extra one to keep on hand. In a busy business, if your printer goes down and you don't get support, it's a huge problem. There are a lot of copy companies out there to do business with, but if you are a business owner, I would stay away from Comdoc. It's not worth the aggravation, because you can't trust your business is important to them..
