The staff here is as top-notch as the staff at their Brecksville branch. They are adult professionals, unlike the 20-something tools that I've had to deal with at the US Bank in the Brecksville Heinens "branch."Instead of being greeted by a "what's up?" like at USB, the staff at Citizens was super friendly and we were greeted a "good morning" and a smile. Their notary took care of us in no time and was also super pleasant and professional. Very grateful that there are still businesses that truly embrace excellent customer service.

Don't go with this bank as they are scam artists! I had (4) cards with them and they sent a late fee of $39 per card per month. I am 52 years old and own a construction business with over a dozen employees and my whole job in life is paying people. I pride my self as someone who doesn't owe anyone anything and I certainly don't pay my bills late. I have NEVER had a late fee in my life in any way shape or form. This bank continuously fought with me month after month and admitted that when they get a payment the department that receives it doesn't mark it received and they send it to their processing department which then marks it late. I tried for months to close the cards, paying off balances to just then receive another bill for 2 to 5 dollars along with their late fee of 39 and then they go further to charge interest on their late fees. I dished out over 600 in just late fees and have cancelled the cards 4 times. The bills just keep on coming and when I refuse to pay them they threaten to send me to collections. What's worse is my wife worked at this bank and thats why we opened the cards. So, do yourselves a favor and don't get hooked up with this bank for any reason. They will drain you one way or another!

Went there weekly to do deposits for my former job. Always had positive interactions with Cynthia and Jess. Their friendly demeanor and personalities always had me looking forward to seeing them on Fridays. Really stands out to me because I never felt that way with other bank tellers I’ve interacted with in my adult life. They’ve set the bar quite high.

Simply AWFUL! One of the worse banking experiences. The staff doesn't seem to care about the customers at all. They could care less if you took your business somewhere else... in fact, it seems like that's what they want so they can sit all day and play on their phones and not have to help any customers! If you don't have an appointment, you have a two hour wait... if you have set any appointment and go on time, you have a two hour wait... UNREAL! I have walked out 6 out of my last 7 visits without getting anything done!
